This property is well located and the pool was a great choice for my grandkids. The boys loved the game room/garage! We are from Jacksonville so we know our way around the beach but out of towners could get around easily from the house. Air conditioning and fans kept the house very comfortable. And the hosts were great to work with. Very responsive and understanding. I’d definitely visit this property or others they manage again.

This was the perfect spot for our family stay with all the amenities needed to make the stay memorable and comfortable. The heated pool was great for the kiddos and the small yard worked perfectly for our small pup. Minimal checkout/ cleaning steps were appreciated. Owners exceeded expectation for communication. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Home and neighborhood was amazing! The kids absolutely loved the heated pool as it was a little chilly while we were there. There is an amazing park not far from this location. Plenty of room in the home and there were games and bikes the children were able to use and keep them entertained during down time. Location was perfect. 3 min from target, publix and 15 from all activities. Would def stay again!!!

The home was clean and a good place to spin off for other activities. Overall was good to excellent. Suggested for the aged and those with disabilities to install grab bars in the showers.

My family stayed for a few days in April and enjoyed the heated pool. The pool was clean and warm and big enough for my girls to have a blast swimming for the week.

Property was dated, game room is not a game room, its a garage. Master bath extremely dated. Neighborhood is a good location, however neighbors leave something to be desired.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad you enjoyed the location. We’re sorry the home did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the honest notes on the game room and primary bath, as we’re actively evaluating updates and how we present those spaces. We also understand your concerns about the surrounding area, though that can be outside of our control. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to provide a much improved, 5-star experience in the future.

Mayo Clinic visit

This property is close in proximity to the Clinic which made it very helpful as I had many appointments throughout the day. The home was comfortable and clean. The host was readily available with any questions and was able to Approve our request to check in a bit earlier.

Great stay. Hosts were responsive. The house is simple but comfortable. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe; far enough off the beaten path to miss the hustle and bustle of a popular beach town. The house is located near restaurants. The pool is great and well care for. The neighborhood is nice for walking pets. Smiling interactions with the neighbors.

Perfect House in Awesome Location

Our family is actually local to Jacksonville but our AC went out so we decided to make the best of it! We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. House was super clean, beds were comfy and all rooms included a smart tv so you can stream all your favorite shows! The pool was perfect, we ate dinner outside most nights! Great location just minutes from the beach and great dining! Definitely a perfect house for large families!
