Escape to the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland and relax at the Colonial Farmhouse. This family-friendly, historic property has everything you need to enjoy a home away from home. The large gourmet kitchen and dining space allow for easy family dining while the pool, hot tub, fire pit area, and 4+ acres of land allow for fun. A short walk to the wharf allows for easy access to the beautiful Corsica River- ask about our Private Boat Rental Options. The perfect location to gather, we can't wait for you to enjoy the Colonial Farmhouse!
The space
Classic and comfortable, the Colonial Farmhouse is a spacious home allowing for relaxation and comfort during your stay. Tucked away on 4+ acres, you are free to explore and enjoy all the property has to offer: gardens, patio, large in-ground pool, hot tub, fire pit, and tree swings. This special property allows for fun both inside and out. The perfect home to gather and celebrate with family and friends, or retreat and relax. Had a very enjoyable stay with a large family group. Property was great, very clean and very comfortable and accommodating. Weather was very hot so the pool really made a difference. Host was also very responsive to the few questions we had. Would certainly recommend.

Charming home on a large private lot

We found this home to be charming and appreciated the large private lot surrounded by trees. We booked the property primarily to give our kids a chance to swim and enjoy the pool for a few days. The pool was spacious, well maintained and didn’t disappoint.

Wow, this home exceeded all of our (already high) expectations. Our group of 12 women had the absolute best time in this stunning, gloriously decorated and totally comfortable home. As charming as it is easy to settle into. The pool was perfectly maintained and larger than the photos let on. The beds were comfortable in spacious rooms. All of the personal touches like fresh flowers, good body wash, hair dryers, pool towels, etc were very appreciated. The sweet tree swing in the front yard was one of our favorite spots at sunset -- majestic. We took a day trip to St. Michael's - easy. We enjoyed numerous meals at the outdoor dining table. Our trip location was a toss up between Newport and here based on VRBO findings, and this house won us over. Now we can't wait to come back! Thanks for a great weekend.

Wonderful, Family-Friendly Weekend Getaway

We had a terrific family weekend at this lovely, historic home. The house was perfect for our extended family with multiple adult couples, an 11 month old baby, and two dogs. The property is VERY child friendly with a crib, high chair, and lovely library of children's books, and the pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons. Kitchen is well stocked and very functional, and the house is a short drive to Chestertown and lots of great local seafood. Would strongly recommend.

Retirement weekend

Everything about our getaway to celebrate my husband’s retirement was excellent. Carolina and Dylan were great to work with. A very beautiful historic home that suited our needs for the guys to golf at Queenstown Harbor and the ladies to relax by the pool and hot tub. Wonderful dinners at Harris Crab House and The Narrows. Our favorite meal was Friday when we were able to relax all day and enjoy a wonderful meal together and ended the evening making s’mores by the fire pit!! Family time is the most wonderful time!!

Great home with a great pool

We stayed at Pascal’s Chance with a group of ten for our friend’s birthday. The house and property is everything we hoped it would be. The house is very spacious and modernized- the kitchen in particular is amazing. The pool area was great for hanging out during the day and is completely fenced in. The property surrounding the house is very large and well maintained. It is a private home great for families or groups of friends. Also, Carolina’s communication with us was wonderful throughout the weekend. We would love to come back next year.
