Huge home and awesome pool and entertainment for a group of families to stay! A little disappointed in the wifi quality and the coffee maker didn’t work- only complaints. Otherwise we had an awesome and easy stay

I would have given five stars if they had WiFi and the pool was heated. The location was great! The house was clean, could use some freshening up but not bad at all. One bonus was that there were hotel type toiletries provided. Also, this doesn’t affect my rating but there is a vocal rooster in the neighbors yard.

This house just keeps on going! It was very clean, comfortable, and fit our full family!I especially loved the laundry set up and all of the seating space. Also, the hot water never ran out for the 10 adults and three kids in our family. Major win! Will definitely book again if in the area with our whole group again!

Great place for families with 10 min drive to Disney

We really enjoyed the property. Great place for hanging out with family and plenty of rooms for our party of 10. Themed princess and Spider-Man rooms for kids. It was easy to communicate with the host and check in and out process was easy

Anaheim palace!

This is a wonderful property with 6 beautiful bedrooms and a pool in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed our time here. Its a short drive to Disneyland, Knotts and the beach! The owner and brother were easy to communicate with and very welcoming. I would love to stay again!

Great for a large family

Nice, central location. The house had plenty of beds and space to hang out for our family of 13 adults. We enjoyed having multiple TVs and comfortable seating. A few minor inconveniences like not enough forks for everyone and the pool isn’t heated, but overall we enjoyed our stay. There wasn’t a house guide so we had to text owner with several questions, but he always responded promptly. We recommend this place!

The house was great! Few things to consider: 1. wifi doesn’t work great and had to communicate with homeowner on wifi username and password as it was not in the binder like it said it was going to be. No big deal though. 2. The coffee pot doesn’t seem to be an actual fit in the coffee maker. It took about an hour or 2 to brew a full pot of coffee. 3. No mop or swiffer to clean the floors through out the stay. 4. Pool was not heated, we did not go in as most of the days were fairly gloomy and the days that were nice we were doing other things, so no big deal either. Also the pool is not advertised as a heated pool so just consider. 5. One of the sliders to the backyard does not lock.Things that were great:1. (2) sets of washer dryers. Made doing laundry easy! 2. The house was surprisingly big, plenty of rooms for everyone and enough bathrooms for everyone. 3. Quiet neighborhood close to disney, the beach and everything you go to anaheim area for. 4. Plenty to do at the house!

Trade Show Team

6 of us stayed 3 days for a trade show at the Anaheim CC. Very comfortable for our group. We did not use the pool. The pool table was great for our team and watched a few movies in the room with the pool table. It is only 15 minutes to the CC. The only negative is the Wi-Fi, very slow when working and did not work most of the stay. it may have been 6 heavy users but needs to be upgraded. The owner was great and tried to address the issue, very responsive to any concerns.

Overall this is a nice property. The pool is nice because it goes as deep as 10 feet. The building itself has plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and close to major roads/highways. There are two sets of laundry machines in the garage.The internet connection was very unreliable; I would lose connection 10 feet away from the router. When we first arrived, the house was 80F, after several hours, the AC was finally able to cool the house; so, we left it on the cooler side.There was a nice TV in the games room, but there was no cable box. We were able to stream some shows, but the internet played a factor in that.The pool table was nice, but all but 2 sticks had broken/missing tips. The foosball table had a broken player, but it was still playable.The showers were nice, but the tub was quite high; so entry/exit was a little perilous. You also need to use the shower mat because the tub floor is quite slick.Like the AC, the fridge took awhile to cool; but the freezer worked fine. There is no ice maker in the fridge. The stove worked fine. But, the dishwasher worked intermittently as well (some times it would wash the dishes cleanly, other times it did not).The property owner was a bit slow with his communications. He didn't provide the wifi password until they day after we checked in. We asked him a few questions that he never responded to either.
