Sorority Reunion

The house is very accommodating. We had a group of 12 women. Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of living space. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck. However, we had breakfast and dinner on the patio right off of the dining room. We had plenty of space for everyone. it was very easy to walk to downtown Golden. Definitely a five star.

Bathroom fans on 24hr ???Mantle looks like it is ready to fall off. Hot tub was great and plenty of room.

Wonderful location and beautiful place

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean, comfortable and the rooftop hot tub was to die for. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks, so the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rooftop views!

Came with some girlfriends for a birthday trip. The house is perfect - lots of rooms with comfy beds, lots of outdoor hanging space which was perfect and an easy walk to downtown Golden. The rooftop hot tub and area was the best. We loved our time here!

Perfect stay in Golden

Loved everything about this place, location, amenities (hot tub on roof was a bonus). Great location, close to downtown and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Big place / great location / very comfy

Really clean, cute and well appointed property! Perfect for our stay to see Golden and hit Red Rocks. Place feels bigger than the photos depict. Lots of essentials in the kitchen. Nice outdoor spaces although we didn’t have time to use them.

Awesome place and location

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to downtown and close by to Colorado School or Mines. The roof top hot tub with views of the mountain was amazing! Hoping every time I visit Golden this rental will be available for us!

Must Stay

Modern condo. Loved the hot tub roof top and the fire pit. Welcoming feeling. Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, pillows. Close walk to the grocery store and many activities. Bathrooms and kitchen were furnished.

The perfect spot for our stay! 8 adults for 4 days. Super clean and well laid out. Steps from great hikes and a short walk to amazing downtown. Was a perfect base camp for our trips and super close to Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Great stay

My 2 girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The photos and listing are accurate. The place is clean, and the beds and leather couch are comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top deck, hot tub, and fire pit! The property management company is wonderfully responsive and communicative. They even accommodated our early arrival and let us leave our luggage in the garage until our check-in time. The house is a half mile walk to the main strip of downtown Golden, 1 block from a Safeway, 15-minute drive to Red Rocks, and <25-minute drive to Denver. Very convenient and quiet location. Would stay here again if we were to return to Golden.

Guys Trip 2024

Condo was excellent. Clean, easy to access. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen is outstanding. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Great location for Denver, Red Rocks, and the mountains. Even nicer than expected. Will absolutely stay here again next trip to Golden

Graduation Visit

Our group of eight stayed at this property when we visited to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Colorado School of Mines. We really wanted to be in Golden at a location that was walkable to restaurants, etc. This location was perfect, and four bed/bath condos nations worked well for our group (one couple claimed the basement). Communication was good, the place was spotless, the beds and furniture were comfy and the hot tub was fabulous.

Family Reunion and Baby Shower in Golden

The place more than met our expectations. The kitchen felt larger than the sense I had from the photos. It was well equipped. The place was beautiful! An easy walk to Bonfire Burritos for morning coffee or to town for shopping. One block to the grocery store or sandwich shop. All the restaurants you would want are at your fingertips. Very walkable. Thank you!

Our lovely "Golden" weekend

My family was in Golden for a wedding reception at the Sherpa House. This townhouse worked perfectly for us. Location was great. We all had our own bedroom & bath. The rooftop hot tub was wonderful & very relaxing with a busy schedule over the weekend. The open kitchen and living area gave us enough room, along with the outdoor deck space on that level. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Golden Wedding Party

Our son lives right in Golden and we were close to his home and to downtown. We entertained one evening and had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The hot tub was true treat and we enjoyed coffee on the roof each morning, The view of Castle Rock was perfect and we enjoyed hiking each day, walking to our Coors tour and the space each couple was able to enjoy.

Rooftop hot tub and views

Just had the best time staying at Jill’s place in Golden….it was the perfect location and set up for our family getaway….Jill was absolutely amazing to communicate with from beginning to end….the home was exactly as pictured on VRBO….the absolutely only negative thing that I can think of is we all agreed it needs a new living room couch….unfortunately it isn’t comfortable at all….other than that we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back to stay if in Golden…..hopefully soon!!!

excellent location and space

We really loved everything about this place except for the indoor living room furniture, which was very uncomfortable, and the smallness of the dining room table. The rooftop hot tub and patio, the spaciousness of having a bathroom for each bedroom, the roominess of the kitchen and living room, the well appointed kitchen and new appliances, and the walkability to downtown Golden made this an outstanding place for our family to stay. The host was easy to communicate with: answered any questions with promptness.

Great location, clean unit with a garage.

Everything was as described except for the living room furniture. The futon couch definitely needs replaced, very uncomfortable.

This house is not comfortable

My husband and I came in town to see our son at Mines. We stayed one night. This house does not have one piece of comfortable furniture. It is overpriced. It must have good rating from a bunch of kids who bunk here. If you are a professional and want comfort do not stay here.

Potential to be great....

The property has potential to be great but because a few cleanliness issues, I am rating this property/stay at 3 stars: Downstairs bathroom mirror dirty with toothpaste stains , hair in two of the shower drains, not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, wet washcloths left in the washing machine. It appeared the unit was not thoroughly cleaned / prepped for our stay. Considering the fact that we arrived late due to I70 closure for the blizzard, the cleaning crew had ample time to clean. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful views of the mountains, and loved the hot tub/firepit on the rooftop deck as well as the patio.

5 star price, 3 star experience

Our stay didn't start particularly well. Received notification that the property wasn't going to be ready at check-in, but was to be ready by 4 PM. At 4 PM the cleaning still hadn't started until a call had been made. The property manager did refund us the cleaning fee, albeit, a couple of days late. The space is mostly great. Was very comfortable for our family visit (the couch in the living room is super uncomfortable), but some areas have been neglected. It doesn't appear the property owners visit much, as the outdoor spaces that may not be cleaned by the cleaners, are in rough shape. There were weeds growing up through the deck boards on the lower deck, and it was generally dirty. The rooftop deck is gorgeous, but again, needing some TLC. The firepit didn't work, and while the property managers were responsive, the issue wasn't resolved. It was also the first time we'd seen fake plants that looked dead. It made for a good laugh, though. Other notes that stood out. There was an ironing board, but no iron. No fans, not enough plates, and some odd additions (a jar in the bathroom that had both tampons and batteries). This place definitely didn't meet our expectations for the price. We've stayed in rentals across the country, we've never given a negative review, and only had positive responses to us as guests, so I'd say we are pretty reasonable.
