A nice motorhome in a gravel driveway with other RVs
This motorhome would be great as overflow accommodations to a large gathering in conjunction with the other properties listed by the owner.
We were confused when we arrived because the outside surroundings look nothing like the photos posted here. Apparently the owner had the photos staged at a KOA. During our stay, there was no ability to open the outdoor awnings of the motorhome because there was a project RV parked directly next to this one.
The use of the pool, hottub, garden, and play area is "permitted" if the other rentals on the property are unoccupied. This was not clear to us until we arrived. We were able to enjoy them on the first night, and after that our access was rescinded.
The RV itself is great. It is fairly spacious (although it was listed as 2 bedroom when we booked, which was not true) and nicely furnished. The two bunkbeds could potentially fit smaller adults, but they are definitely sized for kids. My husband is slim and 6 foot even and he didn't fit in the bunkbed comfortably. The other places to sleep include a queen bed in the back bedroom, and a pull-down couch, which would be tight for two adults, but slept one adult and our 9 month old fine.
I corresponded with the owner a few times during our stay and he responded quickly. A walkthrough of the property would have been nice when we arrived, even though we did not drive the motorhome, RVs are unique and we weren't able to figure out how to access/operate some stuff. Would give 3.5 stars.
