Private two car garage equipped for normal cars and free street parking for overflow or the family buss. Walking distance to many breweries, cafes, dog parks and restaurants.

15 min from seaworld, the beach and downtown depending on traffic. There is 2 grills one is hooked up to natural gas and the other is an old school Kingsford, if dad is joining you. Enjoy a margarita on the porch or grill a New York steak.

The cool and tremendous atmosphere of this enchanting property is perfect for a family getaway or just relaxing in the private fenced in backyard patio garden. Experience what San Diego has to offer with a stay at our house.

Stayed with family for two nights beds were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay hear again. Nice to have bathrooms on all floors so we all had our own space to get ready.

The Host is not the women in the photo. He doesnt even live out here. Hes in another country. Doesn't reply back. I asked to check in early and paid the extra fee. He never gave me access to check in. Ended up checking in at 5pm when i asked for and paid for a 1pm check in. He never refunded me my money back. Horrible host.

If you're looking for children that are professional complainers you found the right people check out the other reviews. We gave them an early check in they just checked in later and did not use the early check-in but the property was available in the morning. Yes I'm the woman that owns it. Like any professional we have managers and they happen to not be women or look exactly like me.

This space was ok for what we needed. Basically a place to stay for 12 hours. The stairs were duct taped. The garage door opener had no power to it, so we had to manually pull it open and closed - not a problem in itself - the real problem was that the garage door could not lock with no power. We played with the breaker board to no avail. The door leading into the house from the garage has no lock on it. So we, 4 women, had to sleep in an unlocked house. We moved a small shelving unit in front of the door in case someone tried to break in. After we checked out, I messaged the owner to let him know his house is sitting unlocked - got no response. That's a bummer because he was very communicative before. The price is so good and I wouldn't have paid more for this space.

My intention with this review is to be as honest as possible to ensure that others don’t have to endure the same challenges our family did upon arrival at this location. Beware* this home was beyond dirty and did not match the description. One of the supposed rooms was a tiny closet and the other room was the living room with a pullout couch and not an actual room either. Additionally, the pullout couch was discolored and extremely dirty and had no sheets or blankets. Furthermore, there was mold in the fridge and icemaker, the garage door was broken, dirty handprints throughout the house on the walls in addition to other bodily fluids or fluids splashed on the walls, and the linens that were available were also soiled and unusable. When we called the host to voice our concerns he was belligerent and told us that we were expecting too much for a rental in San Diego. When trying to explore possibilities to make the arrangement livable, thehost continued to dismiss any concerns and became argumentative and further belligerent at which point we decided to switch to a different host due to the poor conditions of the home and the aggressive and questionable behavior of the host. Please be aware that there are many other hosts with descriptions that match the home that offer a much better experience for the same price or cheaper and closer locations to the beach.

I’ve never experienced a rental like this in my life. A piece of the stairs literally broke off as my friend was walking up. The garage door wasn’t functioning properly, with multiple error codes. When I communicated this to the host, they ignored the part about my friend injuring herself on broken step and just acknowledged the garage. The pictures posted of the home fail to show severe wear-and-tear of furniture (stains on couches, chunks of the “marble” dining room table missing, etc.). There was also an off-putting smell throughout the 2nd and 3rd floors. Even if the last person who stayed here had totally trashed it all on their own (which I HIGHLY doubt) and the Host truly had no knowledge of it, their lack of response to three separate messages of mine about safety issues is telling enough for me.
Wobbly step that collapsed under my friend (who probably weighs all of 120 pounds).
Peeling furniture throughout property.
Broken transition strip separating the kitchen and dining room.

They broke the stair and left a bad review that it was broken? Please see the other 10 out of 10 reviews. The stair has been replaced immediately after then but if somebody stands in the edge of a wood step is going to break. The error codes happen because they were pressing the program instead of the large open button.

The patio area needed to be cleaned, lots of leaves and stuff and the outside furniture needs to be replaced. Also it would be nice to have more towels.
