It was a beautiful location. We have a boat and that part of the rental, dock and all, worked out very well. I highly recommend this place!

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would definitely stay here again. Updated condo with close access to the beach. This place had everything we needed in a place to stay!

Winter retreat

We stayed here for 70 nights and did not want to leave. Property was very nice, great location and access to beach. Everything in unit was great and definitely would stay again.

Beautiful condo.

My family & I enjoyed staying here & the access to the beach was great! The complex along with the condo was beautiful & very quiet. My family & I would definitely stay there again.

The Condo and location were great! The boat slip was a bonus. Very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

Destin…a great destination!

A relaxing enjoyable month at this property. Great location, with easy walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beaches. The property was welcoming, quiet, well furnished, clean, and well maintained. Would definably recommend and consider staying again.

We had a great time. The condo was accurately listed. The beach was never too busy. It is in a great location with great access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Best place to stay.

Great place to stay. Tracy was wonderful to work with. After an 8 hour drive she got us checked in 2 hours earlier. The condo was excellent.

Lovely, Well Maintained Property!

This Destin Sands property offers great location and space. It was perfect for our family of 5. Comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen and super beds plus a queen blow up mattress.

Everything went smoothly!! Condo is beautiful and in the perfect location! Short walk to beach and close to everything else!! Very quiet place and nice residents!! We will definitely be renting again!! Loved this place!! Owner was great!!!

Great place for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed staying here! The location is great, close to many things and close to the beach. The beach was close and very nice. Towels and linens were great. It was nice having a full sized washer and dryer there! Just keep in mind that you need to run the dryer twice for beach towels. Unit was very clean and quiet. Great stay!
