Even tho the Condo Sits right on the Course, They typically request that you start at Hole 1 :)

A MESSSAGE FROM THE CLEANERS:

Beginning on October 02, 2023, we will
provide the following services (collectively, the "Services"):

Cleaning Service of a 1BE1BA Short Term Rental property on a regular basis: bedrooms, bathrooms,
kitchens, living room, deck/patio! Washing linens & towels, making the beds!
* The check out and check in time must be set to 10AM-4PM. We expect the guests to leave the property at
10AM, so we can have enough time to clean the property for the next guests!
Additional charge may apply if the crew end up waiting for the guests to leave!
* Prior the check out, all the trash must be taken away and thrown in the designated places! ! The fridge &
freezer must be emptied! All dishes must be put in the dishwasher and dishwasher started! Additional
charges may apply!
An additional charge would apply if additional cleaning needed or if the property is left in an unacceptable
condition! Additional cleaning fee start from $45.
Owner will be notified by text message when the house is ready for check in!
All damages will be documented via pictures and sent to the owner
