This well-maintained Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 10th floor near the center of this 15-story complex. The Summit is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This excellent 10th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and separate bunk area and bedroom make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

My Rental Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You ask me for a review.I have stayed at the Summit before and was very satisfied. We always had a nice condo with all the amenities we needed.I will say I liked the location is a plus very convenient to all attractions. I WAS very disappointed with this condo the washer and dryer didn't work. After my husband who was not with me made a few calls to complain we were delivered a new set.The sofa was dirty and had holes and stains on it. There was a large coffee table that was way to big for the living room we had to move it in front of the TV so we could walk around it to get to the balcony. WE like to cook breakfast and some meals but the kitchen didn't have a baking pan it had one over sized skillet that was cheaply made would burn bacon if you stand there and keep turning it. The toaster only one side of it worked. The coffe maker was so old it didn't have a light onit indicating which button to press. WE poured 8 cups of water init to get 4 cups of coffee. The sink didn't have a stopper in it to hold water we used a dish cloth for a stopper to hold water until we went to the store to buy one. We bought a baking pan and other things we needed to get by during our stay. We left the idioms we purchased for the next renters. I did take pictures if you would like to see them. The furniture in the bedroom was falling apart the handy man took the broken drawer and glued it back together and brought it back in a couple of days.This was a girls trip my sister just lost her son and she wanted to take her 2 daughters who rarely gets vacation on a nice beach trip.I would have got a refund and rented something nicer but was told I didn't take cancelation insurance out which was never discussed when I made reservations.The pictures that I viewed on the website were deceiving compared to what I actually saw upon arrival. This condo is very outdated and needs a lot of work. I'm surprised this has not been brought to your attention. The accommodation were disap

Condo sucked

The Summit overall not too bad. The condo we stayed in was in bad need of a restoration. Owner must have furnished the place with furniture he picked up on the side of the road that others had discarded. Countertops and all cabinets need to be teplaced. Dresser drawers were coming apart, bed was in poor condition, hot water took forever to get for use. Seriously, condo was a POS. Even the coffee pot was broken. You had to plug and unplug it to make a pot.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had no problem booking the room and the check in process was a little strange/. I have never had to pay to be able to check in. I also paid the entire cost of the room when I made the reservation. The week before we left I got a notice that I had another payment due in the amount of $200.00 and I didn't know what that was for and no one was able to tell me. 4

Less than advertised

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is good on the beach but accommodations were far less than expected. Furniture was old and worn. Dresser drawers were broken, chairs broken, couch cushions no support, bed mattress was worn out and lacked support, TVs were old, and wi-fi slow. Difficult to use tub/shower. Limited hot water. Coffee pot switch was broken so one had to control using plug into the outlet. Overall. It sucked for the rental charged.
