Great location, clean updated property had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The outdoor patio was a bonus! Great place for a glass of wine in the evening or your coffee in the morning. We frequent Charleston and we would love to come back to this property.

From the moment we booked our stay until we checked out I was so pleased and so impressed with my experience. The communication was fantastic. The house was beautiful and the location was beyond perfect! If you are a foodie or love a cocktail or a coffee snob...you are in luck! There are amazing restaurants, bars and coffee houses within 2 blocks! I highly recommend this cozy home!

Awesome place, my sister-in-law says I should use "lovely" as an adjective. Just perfect -loved the sound machine in the bedroom! And having coffee on hand for your guests - just wonderful! The home is beautifully appointed with lots of delicate well thought out touches. Plenty of towels, wonderful bed linens and great shower supplies too. The neighborhood is obviously in the midst of a full blown renaissance - with several eclectic eateries near by. You can walk to King Street (-amazingly well supported in this bustling college corner of Charleston. We ate with locals several times (Muse and Mario’s) if you’re looking to dodge tourists. We had italian sammies at The Pass for lunch (close by) - and there are many fine French pastry shoppes. Do not visit town without stopping at one of 10 nearby Plantations. Boone was our favorite choice. Our hosts Tom and Hannah are wonderful communicators and went out of their way to check in to ensure things were going smoothly. Great signage made our off street parking a breeze. Plenty of hot water for four (4) adult showers too! You will enjoy this home and their hospitality - I know we did. One last note - many, roof top bars, but the Citrus Bar at the Dewberry hotel is off the charts for the elite views and people watching. Thanks for everything.

Mattresses were fabulous and it was exceptionally clean when we got there.The unit had everything we neededWe really like the little patio outbackLocation was terrific.
