Love the covered deck and being right by the river! Wished the kitchen would have a few more helpful items like plastic wrap and foil, etc. loved our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would make sure guests are aware there is only on one bedroom. It has 2 lofts with stairs that are steep and you cannot stand up completely, so crawling around on your knees only option

Great time but attention of cleaning should be addressed

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Three rivers many times and it seems like the units are not getting cleaned well enough spider webs and dust are very apparent in the units we reserved this week and our friends that stayed it the humpy cabin 26 had the same issues other than that all was great

1st CO trip

3 nights here on our first trip to Colorado was a perfect choice on our two week circuit. We drove out in all directions on our day adventures and relaxed right outside our cabin each evening. 2 older adults and one young adult in loft.

My pup enjoyed fetch stick in pine cones out of the river. He played and played. We would stay here a again, no doubt.

The couch was so broken down that you sank to the floor and couldn't get up. The beds were so hard that I think the floor would have been more comfortable. And don't get me started on the pillows. You might as well not even had a pillow they were so flat and unusable. We ended up buying an air mattress to finish out our stay here.

Plenty of room for a group of 5 and plenty of dish space! Right next to the river was beautiful as we got to wake up next to that every night and even though youre close to the neighbors everyone was respectful and quite. Will go again!

The location was perfect. Just 10 minutes away from Gunnison for a good steak dinner, 10-20 minutes away from beautiful hiking, stunning mountain views and a reservoir, and another 20 minutes away from the beautiful ski town of Mt. Crested Butte. Staff was friendly and their store/gift shop was so nice to have on the property. I would highly recommend the tiny homes on the river and plan to go back myself.
