Fantastic Stay

This place is absolutely amazing! The place is clean, the location is nice, and the back patio can't be beat!!! We had a lot of rain during our stay and the covered patio was so nice to have during that to still be able to be outside. It's so quiet and peaceful back there! If you're looking to stay in the Dayton area, this is the place for you!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean home. It was the perfect place to rest and get ready for the next day's activities. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood not far from restaurants, etc. We hope to return next time we're in the area. Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay!

Mi è piaciuto: Posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in e comunicazione
The house smelled strongly of cleaners and plugin fragrances. There were not enough towels then we found wet towels in the dryer on our third day in the house! The hallway bathroom - sink wouldn’t drain and the toilet kept running or wouldn’t have water to flush. The fridge water filter needs replaced. The dishwasher made anything cleaned in it to smell like perfume and was full of dishes unput away when we arrived. No kitchen towels or washcloths. Master bedroom shower has very weak water pressure for anyone washing long hair. NO CODE sent to get in—VRBO was going to cancel our reservation after our travels while we were sitting in the hot driveway unable to get in! Had to ask a neighbor to call the owners. Other than that, it met our needs! And was a great location for where we needed to go.

Very Nice House

The location of the house was great, a short drive out of town. So close to everything and very easy to get to. Nice house and nice people who own the house. Easy to talk to and very fast in getting back to you when you have a question. Would stay again at this place.
