This beautiful 4,000 sq. feet space located in an ideal Minneapolis spot is a perfect space. The interior is uniquely decorated with full amenities including a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, plenty of sleeping options, upstairs media area, and bright work space. The home is walking distance to Minneapolis' historic Stone Arch bridge, U of MN, and a short trip to downtown Minneapolis.
The space
Huge space. 3 separate bedrooms with 2 queens and a twin bed. The third level has a large open space with another queen bed, twin bed, futon, and blow up mattresses available to be used in the space or in the office on the second level.

This space can accommodate 15 overnight guests. 2 bedrooms include conventional beds with queen sized mattresses, and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. The large open space on the third level includes another queen bed, twin bed, futon, and two blow up mattresses available for use.

There is also a large sectional on the third floor that can be used for sleeping as well.

Large gourmet kitchen provides an array of different utensils, plates, glasses, and just about anything you could need if you would like to cook. Coffee/tea included as well as oils/spices/some condiments to help you get started with your stay.

Wonderful media area located on the third level with a large TV to watch movies, sporting events, or listen to your own music. It's a great space for relaxing, having conversation, hosting meetings, work gatherings, or keeping children entertained.

We love long term renters . So we offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and 30% discount for monthly stays with a pro-rated discount for anything in between.
Guest access
The ENTIRE HOME is open and available for use. Guests have access to free Laundry. There is a fitness room and second full bathroom located in the basement of the home. The basement area is yours to use, however the unit next door has access to the LAUNDRY ONLY, so while the space is for your use only there may be laundry use from the unit next door.

There are two apartments located next to the home, these are also Airbnb spaces. These are separate from the home, however please be mindful of your neighbors and don't have loud music playing after 10pm weeknights and 12am weekends.
Other things to note
This is a beautiful and historic mansion. It is very large and there are 4 levels to the space so it does require the ability to climb stairs. The layout is:

Basement/ Full bathroom & Fitness room

Main/ Kitchen, Formal dining, Formal Living, Entrance, & 1/2 Bath

Second/ Office, Full bathroom (separate shower/tub/toilet area with two sinks), & 2 separate bedrooms with Queen Beds and a twin bed in the office.

Third/ Large open space with media center, sectional, queen bed, futon, bean bag chairs, children’s nook, & another twin bed.
