Blue Grouse 4--needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a spacious home in a great location, but there were enough shortcomings that I can't recommend it. There was mold in the shower; the A/C is completely worthless so the upstairs was very unpleasant by mid-afternoon on an 85 degree day; the grates on the gas grill were rusted to the point of failing; skillets and other cookware were poor; the two king size beds are ridiculously high to the point my wife could barely climb into bed.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the home's spacious layout and convenient location, but we're truly sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Guest feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain our homes and improve the experience for future visitors. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for choosing Sunset Lodging. This place is BIG

Nice big house in a perfect location for a walk or bike ride along the river. It's actually quite a bit bigger than the photos suggest, and there is a deck on both levels which was not clear to us. Overall a great place.
