Located in one of Fort Worth's most desirable neighborhoods, fully renovated and maintained to the highest standard, this historic home is within minutes of everything the area has to offer. Clean, bright, open concept with tons of indoor and outdoor space. Multiple spaces for gathering. Two King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, 2 full baths, 1 Queen Aerobed w/ bedding on request and full-size laundry. Parking available in driveway for 1 car plus 1 additional on street.
No Parties or Large Gatherings without prior written permission from owners.

TCU graduation weekend

A perfect 3 Bdrm home in the heart of Fort Worth, close to everything! The home is awesome and well stocked with arrival treats, snacks, coffee etc… so thoughtful and kind. The backyard is great with a porch, grass and games, including horseshoes!!The owners are super responsive and we had zero issues! Thank you for your great home making our weekend successful.

Great location

We had the best stay at this family home. All of the rooms were large, beds very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. We spent a lot of time in the back yard enjoying the corn hole and sitting area. This location was perfect for a trip to the zoo and new Pippa The Pig park. Hosts communicated quickly and were so kind.

Best One in Fort Worth

We have been visiting Fort Worth for the last 4 years every April to enjoy the NCAA Gymnastics Championships. Each time staying in a different Vrbo house with our friends. The Belle is the best one yet and fits all our needs. From the great remodeled space and new appliances to the outdoor living space and the three lovely bedrooms. Also walking distance to Dickies Area and close to downtown and much more.5 stars for sure!!

Modern, well appointed and comfortable

Highly recommend! Beds are super comfy. Linens are plush. House is well appointed with plenty of seating and activities to keep you busy. Great location. Quiet street. Friendly accommodating hosts. Will definitely be returning!!

Great location!

We came to Ft Worth to watch a volleyball tournament at TCU. The house was very well supplied and comfortable. We enjoyed surrounding restaurants, botanical gardens and the Antique Mart. I would recommend this rental!

Exceeded expectations

This property was exactly as pictured and so much more. We came on a girls trip for a concert at Dickies arena. It was conveniently located, and was in a safe and nice neighborhood. You can tell the owners really take pride in the house by providing the little details. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the stay was excellent. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Beyond expectations!

TCU moms weekend

Jean was fabulous and the house was perfect. Great communication and an early check in preceded the stay. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and cozy vibe made it a lovely place to stay. Would have loved to use the outdoor space but unfortunately it was a little too hot! Nice central location between TCU campus and other areas. Can’t recommend enough!

Graduation

This property is beautiful! It was pretty for our family as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from seminary. It gave us a place to sit and enjoy each other. It was a perfect location to a lot of what we had planned for our time in Texas. Our host Jean and Mike were great!

Holiday getaway

We booked this beautiful home on Easter weekend. After looking at the many options for homes in the area, we chose this one based on the proximity to family and the amazing reviews. It did not disappoint in any way. We were so impressed with not only the home itself, but also with the communication and “little extras” the owners provided. It is a lovely home within a sweet, quiet neighborhood. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in, to be sure. It was truly a wonderful weekend and hope to get to stay here at “The Belle” again! Thank you!

Totally amazing property

The Belle on Birchman was everything you could want in a VRBO property. The six of us all had a most enjoyable stay. The house is charming and so very well furnished and decorated. I have not stayed at a property that had everything we needed too be very comfortable. The kitchen had so many extra’s you would not expect to find in a rental. The snack basket was a yummy addition. The interaction I had with the host was so helpful and kind. Jean is a special host! I would recommend this property to anyone that needs a convenient location to so much in Fort Worth. I would give them 10 stars but could only give five!!!!

Adorable home in quiet neighborhood

We came to town with adult children to visit my aging parents whose home would not accommodate all of us.This home was such a comfy spot for us to relax in the evenings. It’s located near all of the interesting locations in Fort Worth; Close to TCU and the cultural district and restaurants and retail. It’s an older neighborhood but the homes are cute and well-maintained. You can hear the nearby freeway but that’s not a big deal to us. The smallest bed was a queen size and that was so great for our family. No one felt like they had the lesser room. All of their remodeling choices are lovely. We would return here and hopefully we can in the spring or fall when we could enjoy the outdoor patio. The owners are lovely to work with as well. We were all pleased!

All the details!

Great location right off the interstate but tucked into a neighborhood running distance to the botanic gardens. Backyard oasis with lights, cornhole, oversized jenga and more kept door kids entertained and allowed us relaxing mornings and evenings! Host supplied all the (softest) towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee supplies and more! Even had a wonderful snack basket my kids ravaged. Places was spacious and clean, surpassing our expectations! Comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Felt right at home, would 100% stay here again if we make it back to Fort Worth again.

We are Mike and Jean Sullivan and we welcome you to The Belle on Birch. We love old houses, and after renovating and restoring dozens of older properties in established Fort Worth neighborhoods, we fell in love with this one and just couldn't let it go. Our goal is to provide you with a fantastic experience and hope that you will love The Belle as much as we do! Mike continues to buy and renovate old homes and Jean is an active real estate agent with RE/MAX Trinity in Fort Worth.

We are located in one of Fort Worth's oldest neighborhoods and close to all the major attractions. Tree lined streets with sidewalks, and close proximity to major amenities and attractions make this one of the most desirable areas in Fort Worth. You will find local restaurants, coffee houses and attractions within minutes and many are walkable. The neighborhood is quiet, well established and we strive to be good neighbors so please help us maintain our good relationship with our community :)

The Belle has everything you need for a wonderful getaway, whether it's a family reunion, girls' trip, graduation, or visit to Fort Worth for any number of activities, this house has it all.
The kitchen is a dream for preparing meals and the dining room is perfect for family dinners or game night. The additional outdoor living space with built in grill and French doors doubles the amount of space you have for enjoying your stay.
All of the mechanical systems (electrical, plumbing, Air Conditioning and Heat) are new so you can rest easy knowing your comfort is our top priority.
Our intention is to provide everything you need, however, should you find the house is lacking something that would enhance your stay, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen!

You will not find a better location than The Belle for attractions, restaurants, entertainment and more. Our proximity to I-30, Chisholm Trail Parkway and major roads makes getting around a snap. Dickies Arena is just .7 miles with lighted sidewalks the entire way. Central Market, restaurants, The Botanic Garden, Museum District are all under 1 mile. TCU, Fort Worth Zoo, Medical District, Magnolia, South Main, Colonial CC and West 7th are all within 2 miles.
Drive 3 miles to downtown and Sundance Square, 5 miles to The Historic Stockyards. We are an easy 20 minutes straight down I-30 to the ballparks in Arlington (ATT Stadium, Globe Life Field and Texas Live!). DFW airport is 30 minutes, 45 to Love Field.
