The house was spotless, the communication was excellent, free off road parking, a smart TV which was great in the evenings, and the location is perfect, about a minutes walk from the high street.

Great hosts with all the details needed provided ahead of our stay. Lovely place with everything we needed, very clean and convenient for access to Bridlington centre and seafront.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and a welcome pack was provided.Parking was ideal and location of the house very good. House could have been a bit more well kept in places e.g window sill corners all showing signs is water/ weathering leakage . Overall comfortable to stay at . Thank you!

Lovely short stay

It has everything you need for your stay and we couldn’t have asked for anything else - perfect for our short stay with the kids who are asking when they can go back!

The location is brilliant for us as we have friends living across the road on South Back, and the house is clean, with full amenities and room to park our 2 cars. We will definitely be back

Lovely property close to old town

Easy check in , lovely property with all amenities and tea , coffee, bread , butter , milk etc. very clean. Very short walk to main road with a variety of shops and pubs . Would recommend and definitely stay there again . Thank you to lovely hosts who responded quickly and gave great info about the property

A really clean and comfortable home. Private parking really helps. Location in the old town worked perfect for us as just a brief walk into town - with a few bars and restaurants.

We stayed in a two bed house one double room and a twin room, The accommodation was well presented clean and well maintained. The hosts left us with some basic groceries bread milk and jam,butter.The bedrooms were a good size with plenty of spare bedding incase it's a bit cooler.There are TV's in living room and double bedroom, which you would need to sign into for streaming services. Kitchen is well set out with a good cooker and microwave air fryer and washing machine and large fridge freezer.You access the house via either a side door or front door, as the side was closer to the car we found the side door more convenient.There is off road parking to side of the house which is plenty big enough .Overall we had a good week in Bridlington and it was a convenient location for local shops and takeaways.It's about a 1/2hours walk down to the sea front which isn't too bad.The beach was clean and not too busy most days, but it can get a bit rough so take care if you're venturing into the water.

Steve and Emma were excellent hosts, communication was clear and in good time.The house itself was fab, a very cosy home from home. They've really thought about what families will need during their stay and have provided everything you would want. We were particularly grateful for the fresh bread, milk, butter, and preserves. Parking is easy and secure behind large gates. There are a good selection of eateries within walking distance and a very comprehensive welcome folder with many takeaway menus. Although the kitchen is well equipped should you wish to cook.Be aware that the sea front is a 30 minute schlep, but it's not too bad if you're reasonably fit.

We had all that we needed for a short stay. The house was exactly as pictured and advertised. All communications were clear, timely and easy to follow.

Bridlington

Lovely house, very clean and tidy but the decoration was little tired in places. Had everything you needed and the location was good as it was just behind the high street in the old town. Would recommend.

Hi Thank you for the review and for the feedback The house has been well used this year with guests and unfortunately heavy traffic areas can be subjected to wear and tear. There is a full overhaul planned for winter, as we do each year which will help bring the house back to the highest standards guests expect.

Perfect base

We were a band playing at the pub next door, so this was a perfect base for us. Very clean and tidy and all the essentials were provided for us on arrival, tea, coffee, milk, bread, etc. Great communication from the hosts. Well recommended.

Old Town Bridlington

Well presented clean property away from the Hustle and Bustle of the main town centre . Off road parking a bonus , nice enclosed garden area . 5 minute walk to the bus service into Bridlington . A choice of Pubs and restaurants within a ten minute walking radius . Shops / Supermarket 3 - 4 minute drive away For us a perfect peaceful location nicely off the beaten track but within easy striking distance of the Main Town when the beach or harbour was the order of the day . Thanks for a relaxing break
