COMPLETELY RENOVATED !
Some of the pictures are outdated I have been upgrading everyday :) each booking goes towards HOA and renovation
enjoy the ocean breeze- closest condo to the beach-
garden city pier less than 2 minutes away
3 bedroom 2 bath- currently renovating and ready for peak season!
note: this is on the 3rd floor.. and there is a spiral staircase to the third floor with balcony that leads to a personal beach view
Fully renovated -
Very important to note : this has a spiral staircase - if you have kids you will need to be extra cautious - i have a 4 year old and he does fine - but I help him up and down all the time
No smoking - 300.00 fine

Perfect place for night or 2 by the beach!

Despite the rain all weekend, we had a great time. The location was perfect, right on the beach. Not far at all from the attractions too. We had a family of 12 there and the size was just fine for a night. Owner is very friendly and super easy to get in touch with. Would definitely come back again.

Right on the Ocean

Great condo if you want to walk right onto the beach. The owner supplies beach towels and sunscreen which is helpful and will answer your questions quickly. Well supplied kitchen. We recommend this place.

Beautiful beach front location

By far my favorite trip to Garden City! Close walk to the pier, just a few steps from the beach, watching the sunrise from the balcony! The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for my husband and our children! You won’t be disappointed

Beautiful location. Very clean/ and good price for the time of visit..I would definitely book again.. Really loved the view of the beach and how the communication was so easy with the owner. Very nice lady! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful except

The apartment had no air conditioning. We were there 3 days and it was miserable. The owner was ver nice and apologized profusely but didn't offer any compensation.

DISAPPOINTING

I encountered several issues that prevented me from actually staying at this property. The property is currently undergoing remodeling, which is understandable, but there are significant aspects that need immediate attention.Firstly, there was a strong chemical odor that lingered in the air, which unfortunately made me feel nauseous and lightheaded. Additionally, there was a pungent smell of marijuana that was quite noticeable. Despite these concerns, the owner mentioned that they would send someone to address the issues. However, upon returning the next morning, it seemed like the solution was just placing a can of air freshener at the door so I vacated the premises and did not complete my stay. The balconies were covered in dirt/pollen and they appeared as if they were used for storage.Basic improvements such as better cleaning, decluttering, and a fresh coat of paint would greatly enhance the property's ambiance and comfort for guests. I believe with a bit of attention to these details, the property has the potential to be much more enjoyable.Overall, I recommend addressing these issues to improve guest experiences in the future.

Absolutely amazing ❤️

We had a family of 12 with 4 adults and 7 kids and we 100% recommend! Very clean & lots of space and room! Direct access to the beach with chairs & accessories for the kids to play! The owner Kiley was very easy to get ahold of and absolutely amazing to work with! We will definitely come back to this if when we decide to come back! ❤️

Beautiful views and on the ocean

The house is on the beach and has amazing views. The property is so close to restaurants and walkable distance to the pier. Only issue we had is, the property is listed for 12 adults, but it has bedding arrangements for only 8 people. We carried an air mattress but did not have much space to accommodate our party of 12 comfortably. We stayed only for a weekend, with the purpose of enjoying the beach, so it wasn't a big issue for us. We enjoyed the beautiful Sunrise views and the water. The host is super responsive and very easy to communicate. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back here to stay.
