We had an excellent stay and the condo (which was very clean and quiet) is in close proximity to everything in Kihei! The host, Dean, was very communicative and kind. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

The condo is beautifully updated and clean! Our host provided all that we needed for a great stay, beach chairs, umbrella, stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. And we were right next to the beach, restaurants and shops! Great location!

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had many recent upgrades. It also has convenient parking and the location has great access to 2 nearby beaches with many restaurants within walking distance. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are also available at the condo. The pool associated with the condo is also very nice and has a barbecue area for cooking meals. I would definitely stay here again and the owner is really good about communicating with you and answering any questions to help with the check in/out process.

Property is conveniently located opposite Kam 1 with lots of restaurants either within walking distance or within a 5 minute drive. Being able to watch to Kam 1 was a huge plus. Host was super friendly and communicative and easygoing. The room does not have AC but once the living room AC cools the house down enough, the bedroom does get comfortably cool. No central AC, just to be clear. The trick is to use the ceiling fans and standing fan provided to draw the cool air into the room. The mattress and pillows could use a refresh in my opinion. Pillows were flat for us and mattress sinks in the middle when two normal weight individuals lay on it. Other than that everything is great and recently renovated as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay! Our condo was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Dean did a great job with answering all my questions quickly! Will be on the top of our list to stay again.

The location is perfect for exploring the island. It is located very near beaches that are perfect for sunning and snorkeling. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The condo is very clean and well equipt. It has a private patio with dining table and chairs in addition to indoor dining. Parking us free. I highly recommend this VRBO. Dean was very responsive and has done a lovely job with the renovation. Great value!

Our stay with Dean in South Kihei was absolutely 5-star from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, great food spots, and everything we wanted to do. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfectly clean, modern apartment on the ground floor. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Well supplied for cooking and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would recommend a car when in Maui and parking here is convenient and included. Easy to park and load in groceries and our luggage. Spectacular sunsets from the beach, which is a short walk.

Relaxing stay

Fantastic condo for a relaxing stay in Maui. 1 minute walk from the beach and super close to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The condo is really nice and the location is perfect.It has all the facilities inside, even beach towels to use The beach is one block away and the water is fantastic!Dean (the property manager) is very responsive and accommodating!I would certainly stay here again, in my next visit!
