Our stay in Fairview n c was a great vacation get a way. Family members could visit play games , cook hot dogs out side and just a wonderful time for all. Our host was great. My grandson loved the hot tub. He lives in Asheville and drove over 2 days the house was so pretty the yard and mountain view was great

We had four couples staying in the house, great location! We really enjoyed having a fire each night and just taking in the scenery! The place was stocked with everything we needed, we really appreciated the care that was taken to ensure we had a great stay!!

The farmhouse was perfect for our family gathering and baby shower! Beautifully renovated with plenty of space for spreading out, and included everything we needed for cooking, playing, and relaxing. We loved our stay there!

Relaxing Retreat

I recently spent a long weekend at this lovely property with five friends. The home is fabulous, clean, accommodating and spacious. The outdoor space is amazing and the view is so serene. We made wonderful memories there and look forward to returning.

This house was absolutely amazing! It was perfect for a nice overnight stay. The views are incredible. I had to email the owner and they got back to me promptly. The kiddos enjoyed the house too. I cant wait to book again.

This house just outside Asheville is an excellent choice for a family vacationing in the area. It's out far enough in the country to be peaceful but only take about 20 minutes to get downtown. The house itself has lots of character. There are many areas inside and outside to sit and gather with family. The bedrooms are all good sized and with fairly comfortable beds for a rental. The kitchen is well appointed with just about everything you need should you choose to eat in for a dinner or two, There is a very nice Charcoal grill provided with the property so if you are inclined for a really good steak or a burger (or anything else) you can easily feed the whole family. One especially nice thing is that there are several games provided with this property. This used to be a given at most vacation rentals, but unfortunately is not so much anymore, so this was nice to see. The owner was also very responsive, we had not received our check in instructions the day before our stay was to start, so I messaged the owner and got a response along with a phone call within an hour. Overall I would say this is one of the nicest vacation rentals I've stayed at in quite some time.

Lovely farmhouse

We had a wonderful time with our family in this beautiful remodeled farmhouse. The home was decorated for Christmas and the owners had thought of everything we would need. We saw a large buck deer walking beside the house one morning! The yard was beautifully landscaped and welcoming. An awesome home to stay in with family.

Wonderful Farmhouse

We spent the summer at this property. We had a couple families and room for everyone. The house is super charming. The beds are very comfortable! We loved being there. The views from the Fire Pit are glorious. We loved the tranquil and private yard. CJ was very responsive and any time we had an issue he was super on top of it. We would definitely recommend this house.

Charming Home-Great Location

Our family recently stayed in Asheville for our yearly family vacation. The home is charming and close proximity to wonderful hikes, downtown Asheville, the Biltmore and grocery stores. The kitchen is fully equipped. Our adult children enjoyed the hot tub during the evening. There’s a lovely sunset as you sit around the fire pit in the evening. It’s very quiet and not a lot of traffic nearby. They have a large dining room table which we used for meals, but also to play board games as a family. We would absolutely stay at this property again when visiting the area.
