Fantastic location in Balboa Beach!! The house was fully stocked as advertised, which is appreciated. The only drawback as reported in other reviews is the condition of the patio deck table/chairs and the lounge chairs. Those items were pretty worn out/dirty and this great upper unit could really use new patio furniture since this is the area where tenants spend the majority of their time. Otherwise, inside was very clean!

We had such a great time and this house was part of that. Very clean, comfortable and easy check-in/check-out. The house was the perfect location from Balboa Pier, shopping, resturaunts, entertainment and of course the beach. We cant wait to stay there again!

Great location

Great location with a great view of the beach and water. Great location for families with teens because you. A see them on the beach if you are at the house - it gives them some freedom and let's the parents feel safe - easy to walk around into town.

Large unit with open-concept living area. Beautiful deck overlooking the beach. Stocked kitchen and grill. Close to Balboa shops and restaurants. Lots of content on free TV streaming service.

Very comfortable

Great location, plenty of room, property management responds quickly, walking distance to anything you need/want. Great for people watching on the boardwalk. Downside-lots of stairs but everything else was great!

Unforgettable stay!

I brought my family of 4 and my parents to this beautiful home. It was everything we needed and more. The view on the second floor unbelievable. Sunrise in the morning and sunset at night. 10 on 10. Host is organized, responsive and friendly. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Would highly recommend Beechview

Very enjoyable 2 week stay. Quarters were very clean upon arrival. We had a shower problem that was addressed and repaired very quickly. Would highly recommend Beechview. Someone even shoed up to take our garbage can to the alley.
