Worth the money

The property fit our needs to a T. The properties large windows allowed for beautiful views of the ocean and the pool below. The grounds were clean and tidy, all staff were extremely friendly. Would recommended to anyone who is looking for all the amenities and a very short walk to the beach!

Fifth time stay at this resort. Second time at this property. Overall nice stay. Cleanliness of condo upon check in could improve(kitchen, master bathroom). Biggest disappointment was having little to no beach most of the day throughout the week due to beach erosion forcing us to utilize the pool instead. Hopefully that will be addressed this off season. Again, overall nice stay!

We arrrived and check in was easy. Got to the room and immediately noticed the place did not look like it had been cleaned very well if at all. Floors where filth our niece is crawling and was covered in black on her hands and feet. Food under the couches. Shower in main bath had mold and mildew. Silverware was dirty and some of the sauté pans had a fish odor and need to be cleaned a few times before use. Cabinets were dirty inside. Ended up washing comforters as a precaution since other parts of place weren’t clean. Windows where so dirty we couldn’t see out of them. We ended up washing those inside and out so we could enjoy view when it was too hot or raining. Coffee maker wasn’t working when we got there and they replaced it quickly. Drain was extremely slow in the 2nd shower and they came and addressed it. Once we cleaned the place. We enjoyed the rest of our stay. Just wasn’t fun to have to clean it when we got there. We reached out but I wasn’t wasting another day of having a cleaning crew come in and having to go out so they could fix something they should have done right the first time. If you’re the owner reading this hire another cleaning crew. Thank you for bringing the coffee maker. I appreciated that!

Nice condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much the condo was nice and well equipped. Everything worked as it should and the views were fantastic. The property is certainly lacking in some general maintenance but that has nothing to do with the condominium. We would definitely return.
