Great beach house!

The house felt spacious and comfortable for our big family. The house could use some minor upgrades, but overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Perfect place for 5 adults on a golf trip. Close to everything. The house was clean and the host was very communicative. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Guys golf outing

Great house for our annual guys golf outing. Very clean & comfortable. The elevator was a plus for 70 guests

Excellent

Location was near the beach and enjoyed several golf courses. Eat at several great seafood restaurants. Elevator for the grandparents made it so much earlier for them getting around. Will stay again!

Lovely home

Enjoyed very much staying at this property. Certainly was large enough for our clan. I would recommend renting the owners golf cart. Well worth the money...

Excellent Choice

The house was nice and the perfect size for our family. Location was great, easy access to the beach and public parking. Had a couple minor issues, but communication with the property manager was a breeze. Quick response and issue was quickly taken care of. Again, minor issue, but was responded to and taken care of like it was major. Excellent customer service on their part. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful

I am not one to write a review but I had too! First of all, the owners Bridget and Terry were fantastic! Great people to work with. The house was amazing. The beach is a little too far to walk. Rent the golf cart. It was a God send with small babies ! The house was stocked with everything. We watched fireworks from inside the living room on three different nights! Location was great We walked to mini golf and ice cream shop. Pool was clean and refreshing. I would highly recommend staying here! We had such a good time we can’t wait go back next year!!

Family Beach Trip

We stayed for a week with 9 adults. The elevator was very helpful for my in laws. The check-in process was seamless. The views from the front and back are nice. The hot tub and pool were so relaxing. The grill was very convenient and perfect for 2 days of grilling. The rooms were all spacious and the beds are comfortable. We all ate together and played board/card games with plenty of room for everyone. The fridge and freezer easily accommodated the 625 worth of groceries we purchased upon arrival. You must rent the golf cart to get around it was awesome. We drove it to the beach and every morning to Tropical Smoothie. Bridget and Terry are excellent hosts that quickly responded to the only two issues we had: the hot water wasn't getting hot and I just had to reset the water heater by push of a button in bedroom closet, golf cart wouldn't charge and Terry promptly swiped out the cord. Book now!

House was acceptable clean but needs updates such as air conditioning, bathroom space, and pest control. We did not know until 1 week prior when we received the instructions that we could not turn the air conditioner below 74 degrees. There were several roaches seen unsode the house. The bathrooms do not have mats for when you get out of the shower. The shower stall in one bathroom is hard to enter and you get soaked turning on the water because door opens from opposite side. The doshwasher went out on the second day, however, the property manager addressed and had disposable stuff delivered. Instructions stated someone would come and clean hot tub and pool on Wednesday but they did not.There were front panels and drawers missing on one of the chest of drawers in bedroom. House and refrigerator needs better cleaning between renters. Overall good location, however, its busy and loud when the putt putt is open until 11. They play loud music. I would stay again of price was cheaper. I would have rented somewhere else if I knew about the AC policy prior to a week before.

The house was as described in terms of rooms and space. We had an unpleasant experience w/ the cleanliness of the home, however. The host indicated the people who checked out prior to our arrival “trashed the place” and her cleaning service was subpar. However, we were the ones who suffered. We booked this home over a hotel for the capability of cooking however, we ate out nearly every meal because we, in no way, felt the dishes were clean or sanitary. We had to deep clean the entire home upon arrival. The floors looked and felt dirty, there was dog poop in a closet, clothing items left and clearly not cleaned out of bedroom areas, rotten food was caked on dishes as if they were put away dirty. On top of all this, the cleaning supplies were awful- vacuums barely worked (guess that’s why the floors were filthy), the broom looked like it was electrocuted, mop was nasty and didn’t have a wringer… the towels were brand new with tags still on them. We spent our entire first day cleaning the unit, washing towels and linens and making the place comfortably livable for the week. Amenities were decent (except broken hot tub) location was great but we were so bummed over the cleanliness. Of course we reported everything to the host and she just informed us that she needs a new cleaning service then quit responding all together… Hopefully she finds better cleaners for the next group. (We didn’t use or wash the dishes so good luck to the next folks who want to cook…) Bummer fo sho
