Family Time

The house is so clean with plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were amazing the grandkids swam constantly.It’s in a very nice location easy access to everything. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location, set up in the house and the outside area was perfect!

We had a fantastic time in this well kept, nicely decorated home. The outside area was awesome!

Mytle Beach trip

Very nice property that was stocked with essentials. Short walk to beach. Private pool was great.

Great vacation house

House is well maintained and clean. Great layout and all the furniture is moden and clean. We stay summer and winter. Family really enjoys this house. Great location in NMB.

Amazing

This listing, property, amenities, & extras to use in the house gives this home 5 plus stars. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive too when we had a minor hot tub issue too. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

We had an amazing time at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a hit for the adults and kids in our group. We have already booked for next summer. Thank you to Gerald and Erica.... they were amazing!!!

Myself and the other guests absolutely adored this home. No complaints about anything. Completely furnished and ooooohhhhh the amenities!!!!! We would love to stay in this house year after year.

Sheriff Bill

Our family has stayed in this house four times. The house is beautiful, always clean and well furnished. Our grandchildren love the pool. The owners are great to work with. The only change I would make is in the ownership. Would love to own this house. Already looking forward to next year.

Great as usual!

We have stayed at the Tropical Beach House several times and as usual the experiences were great this year! The large ice maker in the pool room stopped working. One call and Gerald came out that day and repaired it. Thanks again for another great vacation for our family! Steve

Wonderful just wonderful

Everything you need is right there waiting on you> Just a short trip to the grocery store and we were all set! There is room enough to spread out so no one will get on your nerves! We all just had a great time and most of us were looking forward to staying in the same place next year! Thank you Gerald!!

Family Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 9 (3 kids) beach vacation. The pictures truly don’t do it justice as people have said. It’s spacious, clean and had a wonderful pool. Our girls (ages 6-10) loved it! Everything you need for the very beautiful beach a few blocks away. A short drive to lots of restaurants and mini golf or sark tooth hunting! We would definitely stay here again. The property manager also was very prompt in fixing the WIFI when it went out.

Anniversary

We were there to celebrate our 50 Anniversary with family. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was easy and use of the wagon really helped. We also put the bikes to good use. The only negative was the toaster oven and it would not toast our bread.

Great house!

The house was perfect for our family of 7. Kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of towels, even beach towels. The walk to the beach was not bad but there was a fair amount of traffic. Next time i would rent a golf cart. The pool was beautiful. There was no propane in the gas grill. We called the owner and he had gas there in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service! There was also lots of games and water/sand toys. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice as it was the last time. The only problem is there was a bulb blown in the guest room with the two beds. I called and left several messages for the bulb to be replaced and no one called or came to take care of that issue. It was the bulb in the main light fixture with the fan.

Great time- pictures don’t do it justice.

This house was perfect for two families of 5 to stay. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms all essentially with their own bathroom and downstairs has a smaller bedroom with private bath and a bonus room with pull out couch. Home was clean, stocked well with all dishes, silverware, pool items and plenty of towels. The tiki bar was a cute addition and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. We rented golf carts from AJAX which worked out great and we were only a few blocks from the beach. There is golf cart parking right at the end of the street with beach access (you do have to pay about $4 an hour to pay for the parking at the beach). Location of home was perfect- could ride cart to restaurants, souvenir shop or even Walmart for groceries. The pool was the biggest hit of the house for our families (4 adults and 6 kids). There is also a 50 lb ice maker we used a lot to keep everything cold. Great property- would stay again!

This house is just as amazing, and clean as it was in 2022 when we stayed here before. My children and grandchildren loved it then and were still talking about that trip, so when we told them we had rented it again this year they were excited and ready to come back. It is truly a wonderful place to swim, sit in the hot tub, cook out and just enjoy family time. We also rented a golf cart to drive to the beach, ride around and make our daily trip to Mr. G’s. for ice cream. We are already talking and planning to come back hopefully next year. Thank you Gerald and Ericka for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful and well maintained home.
