Great Family Rental

This place is great for a family vacation. This is the first VRBO that had everything. Plenty of room. Nice quiet environment. Plenty of games for the family and the kitchen items. Also the property manager was great to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Book this place!

This place was so much better than we expected. Jerry, the host, was super responsive, the property had everything you would need including a fully stocked kitchen (kitchen aid mixer, blender, food processor, etc). There was so much space, beautiful fireplaces, soaking tubs and a game room. Bonus office made working simple. If you are looking at the place- kk just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Woodsy Getaway

The house and property were even better than we expected. The game room was a big hit and a total surprise. So many games and activities. The scenery outside is beautiful and the decorative touches in the house made I so homey. The host Jerry was great and easy to chat with on email.

This place is amazing! It has everything you need for a fun filled relaxing weekend. We enjoyed the game room and the fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for all. We slept great in the comfortable beds. Communication was great. House was clean. Will gladly stay here again! Thank you for the perfect weekend!

Divide became our escape into the world of vacation home rentals (it was our first actually)—a serene haven that captivated us with its tranquil beauty. Just a few miles away lies Woodland Park, a charming mountain town pulsating with local artistry and culinary delights at its core. Enchanted by our initial stay, we were drawn to establish our own mountain retreat in this captivating area, a decision inspired by the irresistible allure and magnetic charm of Divide and the artistic heartbeat of Woodland Park.

From the stunning vistas of Crystal Peak visible from multiple balconies to the meticulously curated spaces within the cabin, every aspect has been carefully considered to elevate the stay:

The property offers a variety of spaces for relaxation, entertainment, and communal gatherings, ensuring there's something for everyone. From the cozy den with its entertainment options to the loft for gaming enthusiasts and the bar and game room, each area caters to different interests and age groups.

We have put a strong emphasis on comfort with the plush king-size beds with top-quality mattresses and Egyptian Cotton sheets, perfect for a rejuvenating night's sleep to additions like phone charging stations and individual reading nooks in every bedroom to ensure convenience and relaxation.

Additionally, we wanted to ensure entertainment was not lacking. We have extensive gaming options, including an arcade machine for 4, to the array of board games and the multimedia entertainment setups in various rooms, guests have an abundance of choices to unwind and have fun.

We have not designed another AirBnB, we have designed our idea mountain retreat and we want to share that with others
