Ainsley`s Cove - Swim spa open all year!

Home has been fully updated & furnished to make your vacation fully relaxing & enjoyable! This luxury home is complete & ready for your stay! House & Carriage House combined has 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Master Suite is a huge (private) upstairs loft w/floor to ceiling windows! Making your views even more beautiful! Home is fully appointed & stocked w/kitchen appliances, gourmet kitchen gadgets, grilling needs, linens, towels, beach towels, & more!

A car is suggested to explore the quaint village of Port Sanilac. (It is about a half mile walk to the downtown area)

- Two dogs maximum are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee for each dog.

-Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $169 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 6 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into dumpster in the driveway before departing
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- No tents, campers or motor homes are allowed
-Please stay on the rental property and do not venture into neighbors yards.
-Permission must be granted before booking the home for an event. There is a fee associated.
-Lastly, HAVE FUN!

Great property, amazing location. Gorgeous sunrises, perfect beach. Swim spa was awesome. Super responsive hosts. Only negatives were the game room and one bedroom are in a loft / separate garage and the pinball machine didn't work (they attempted to have it fixed when contacted, but no luck). Rent without concern, great time was had for group of 15.

Fantastic property. Perfect for multiple families of all ages. Great amenities and pristine views of the lake. Extremely quiet neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Words are not going to be able to do this stay justice. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 14. We ranged in ages 6 to 71. There was something for everyone. The spa was put to good use as were the kayaks and paddle boards. The views were amazing. Many pictures were taken. Being so close to Port Sanilac was a big plus. An added bonus was the annual blues festival which we all enjoyed. The shops and restaurants in town were great. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Thanks for all the wonderful memories you helped my family make.

Wonderful property! We held our wedding here and it was absolutely gorgeous, from the house itself, to the beach it was so beautiful. We also saw an epic display of the northern lights at the end of the night of our wedding! It was a magical trip and we will certainly hope to be back! I’d reccommend this property to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a small intimate wedding setting. It was beyond what we could have imagined. The only complaint I have is that the windows could use a little cleaning and that the pin ball machine did not work, nor did one of the games in the garage area but other than that the stay was fantastic and the owners responded promptly and made sure our stay and event was everything we dreamed of. Do keep in mind that we decorated the archway and tables and chairs. They provided the tents and chairs and archway, but I don’t want my photos to mislead anyone that they set up the decor, that is your responsibility but so worth it! Rent this place ASAP!
