Blue Water Beach House! Amazing Beach, sleeps 20!

Gorgeous lake front cottage with PRIVATE beach access nestled right in between Lexington and Port Sanilac -- both downtowns are less than a 10 minute drive away! You will be mesmerized by the expansive picturesque views of Lake Huron immediately upon entering the house. Create lifelong memories with your family and friends while basking in the tranquility of the crystal blue waters and occasional ships passing by in the distance.

Head down to the beach and enjoy the sandy shallow waters in your secluded escape. Relax in the hot tub after a dip in the lake or in the evening after a day of fun-filled activities. On clearer nights, stargazing while in the hot tub is an unforgettable experience.
The house sleeps up to 20 guests with 3 full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking necessities and there is an outdoor grill to enjoy homecooked meals. -Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $169 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 6 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors`way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
-Please stay on the rental property and do not venture into neighbors yards. It is a driveway across the street, not a road.
