WONDERFUL

Perfect location, weather, comfort. Felt safe. Wonderful beach. The property manager checked on us several times. Would go back to this same location over and over. Great restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was in close driving distance.

Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great, clean, right on beach. Kitchen Was well supplied. We had one issue that I communicated to Legacy Vacations Co. and they never tried to resolve, they responded basically with "well that's strange" Also, we left 4 days early and I continued getting their automated messages about checking out later that week.. They knew we left, they should have a way to turn off automated messaging.

Loved staying here it was beach front and also a smaller condo so it wasn’t packed and it was only 4 story’s it was GREAT !

Our vacation

What you expected from a beach front rental...floors are in need of new grout...but overall good with plenty of room for the family...views are great and its in the middle of Pensacola and Panama City which makes it easier to travel the emerald coast

Good location

Unit is right at the top of the stairs. Very convenient. Nice decor, but wished for a clock in the bedroom. Parking at the Palms is a little difficult because of the slope. Less crowded beach with less units at the Palms.

Great relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. It wasn’t as busy and had some relaxing time. Only thing is that the parking is on a hill so was a little rough for my older parents to walk back up but I ended up pulling up by the elevator and then going back down the hill. Too tight for me trying to park in the garage. Other then that it was a great experience.

Family vacay

We wanted a place close to the beach for our family of 5. This condo was just a short walk to the beach and it was not busy at all. There was a beach attendant that gave us easy access to chairs and an umbrella. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The traffic was manageable. In the condo I would have loved to have a couple of hooks on the bunk beds to hang the kids bags. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken, but there were more than enough seats out there. The ease of checking in and out was great.

Condo on the beach

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The weather was less than perfect which made the condo even that more cozy. The one problem we did have was with the TV, but I messaged the property manager and had someone at the door within 15 mins!! Problem fixed!!! Great location to all the attractions and easy access up and down the coast. Would definitely return!

Beach Getaway 2023

Beautiful condo. Very comfortable. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the Waves crashing on the shore. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with management. Wonderful location. It was Heaven just waking up, seeing the gulf, and being able to just walk out the door to the beach. We will definitely be back.

we really enjoyed the stay

only 2 things that could be improved. we werent given, to my knowledge, the cose for piil and pool bathrooms. i did find out from another guest. pool was listed as heated and wasnt. Didnt ruin anything for us and im just passing along for your information. we loved the condo and view and took full advantage of the marvelous beach everyday. Thank you and would highly recommend. we would certainly stay here again.

Nice condo

Very clean and everything worked well but tv remotes and they were quick to replace them the next day and it was a Sunday! So that was good. However, if you like or need to cook in the kitchen…. This is not the place. They did not have a well stocked kitchen at all… not even a baking sheet so I could not cook the kids French fries. Other than this issue it was a nice place to stay.

Fort Walton Beach

The location was very good. The beaches were very good. The condo was ok. There was a knocking (maybe in the water/drainage system). I reported to the renting agency but nobody came to check. The condo was very clean except for the hvac air filter -- very dirty. The condo had been updated, but whoever did the work did a poor job. If I was the owner, I would be very upset at the poor quality of the work. But, to rent for a week, it was ok.

Could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is fine. However, there are many things lacking inside the condo that are basic for other rentals. We stayed there for 4 nights. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that sleeps 6. Only two soaps are provided, no hair dryer, no detergent to use the washer machine, only 4 hangers. Considering the price point, we found this to be ridiculous. We will not stay here again, or use this rental company.

Very nice condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room is very nicely updated. Great location for the beach, just steps away to the ocean. The hot water is a bit confusing. Had to go to the middle bathroom to get hot water out of the sink for the kitchen and master bath sink but had plenty of hot water for the shower and bathtub. The balcony was great. The parking was horrible. You have to park on a major slant and there is barely room to park. This condo is all the way almost at the end of all the condos. Cannot walk to anything. Was excited about the pool and when arrived, the pool was completely drained and looked to be tore apart like it has major issues. Extremely disappointed. What’s a beach vacay without a pool also?

Just ok

Pros: Great location Not near as crowded as Destin Condo was ready early and they gave us a code so we didn't have to check in Communication was good There were carts to load our stuff on It was waterfront, which I enjoyed the unobstructed view Close to Destin, and great restaurants Clean Updated Nice walkway to beach and short walk Loved balcony Cons: No ice machine anywhere on the property to fill ice chest Ice maker in condo produced 20 ice cubes a day u til about 4 days into stay Pool was drained & no one notified us of that prior to stay. The pool is as tiny as 2 hot tubs put together just FYI. Mgmt did give us credit for inconvienance & called me about it Kitchen not stocked well at all. No cookie sheet, pot holders ect. Washing machine canister only big enough to wash 4 towels at most. Normally on beach vacation it's stacked up and down like the washer and dryers in this condo but the canister is larger. I barely was able to even wash my wet stuff every day. Normally I wash all of my stuff while I'm on vacation but that would've taken 25 loads. Parking was on a slope & no unloading type area If you have kids that love a pool I would stay elsewhere for the cost. Other than that it was a good stay.
