This was a fabulous condo! We loved how close it was to the pool and easy walk to the beach. The condo was also so nicely decorated and stocked with what we needed. Will definitely book our next trip with Amelia Island Getaways!

Comfortable and cozy, perfect for our family beach trip. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than stated, but still very manageable and enjoyable. Will definitely consider this Villa again for a return visit!

Can’t beat the beach here! Steps away with no crowds! Property was quiet, spacious, and very clean. Communication with owner was wonderful. Family of four had plenty of room and simply cannot beat the location. Spotted several turtles in the dunes on the walk to the beach that we enjoyed seeing. Short, scenic drive to Jacksonville, if you want higher-end shopping. This was our first trip to the island after typically going to Hilton Head and we were not disappointed in the least. Loved that it was much less crowded and the historic Fernandina downtown was so charming. Easy to get around the island and the Jacksonville airport was only 35 minute drive. Lots of fun things to do and see! Will return and stay here again!

Great family vacation spot

We had a great time with our grown kids at this Amelia Island condo! The property was very clean and comfortable with enough space for all six of us. The walk to the beach was very short and easy and the location was great!

Excellent place to relax in comfort

We truly enjoyed your place. It had all the things needed to make the stay relaxing. We appreciated all the amenities too and kitchen items that made cooking easier too. Thank you for your comfortable seating and outside seating it was just what was needed to decompress and enjoy creation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the refreshing pool. The condo was very clean and exactly like the listing. The management company was more than great with their communication. We did some exploring and there was so much to do we couldn’t go it all in 5 days! We will definitely be back!

Beach week

Condo was very nice. No issues. Beach is an easy walk and is beautiful. Pool is a great amenity.

Beach Time

Everything in the pics for this property was exactly what it was when we walked end. Close walk to the beach. We love this side of Amelia Is with easy access to great restaurant's, golf, the Ritz and Omni, and close to the historic downtown area and harbor. Coming back next year

great spot close to Fernandina and beach

exactly as described and well managed. host has chairs and other beach items to use. lots of turtles in area and beach was great. walk to beach is around 300 yards so bring rolling coolers. pools are not heated so winter stays are cold!

Sailmaker - Amelia Island

Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely consider staying again either in this unit. The description of the unit was exactly as shown on vrbo, the management for any needs were beyond helpful, welcomed us with a text message and provided contact info for anything we may need. I can't think of any constructive feedback because it truly was perfect Judy

Relax while working

I was on-site for training with a county office moving to my companies software. Coming back to this condo was fantastic. The Devore was out of a magazine. Very relaxing, all the amenities needed and clean.

April Stay

Very nice condo. Close to the beach. The pool is not heated but the weather was a little cool in April for a swim. We were seniors and the stairs are a little steep with two different step down that can be tricky. Just take your time and be careful. The back deck is wonderful. We really enjoyed it.

Wonderful Week

We have stayed in many properties at different locations around Georgia and Florida, but this is the best experience that we have had. We have no negatives on this condo. It is tastefully decorated and it has everything needed for a great experience. It looks brand new although the complex has been around for awhile. It is very clean and so beautifully appointed. The location is great as it is 3-4 minutes from the beach. We had beach gear but there was additional gear in the closet. Do not hesitate to rent this condo. You will not be disappointed. The deck was so relaxing for breakfast and in the evenings. We will be very disappointed if this condo is not available on our next visit to Amelia Island.

Beautifully decorated condo. The two king beds very comfortable. Kitchen nicely stocked with cooking / eating essentials. We would stay there again. The only downfall is kids being in the pool and running around and screaming/yelling late at night without parental supervision. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
