Check-in was easy. The location is excellent. The company that manages it was great about bringing us new bed pillows right away. The only down side was the Cleaning was done hurriedly. We appreciated the notice that we could get in early but would have given up that time to have had it properly cleaned. That is the only reason I gave it a four. We ended up washing all the dishes before we used them after finding several dirty ones, shower curtains, and bath mats were dirty or needed to be replaced. Would we rent here again…absolutely ..Due to the location and layout was great. We saw dolphins turtles and parrots in front of the condo. Also, the beach was not crowded in our area.

Great time!!!

This property was amazing to stay in while on AMI, went with the family and had a wonderful time, conveniently located just steps away from the beach. One of the showers was not working during my stay - but overall would highly recommend, excited to come back with the family next year!

Gulf front paradise

Private path takes you to the water. Beautiful white sand beach. Condo is all appointed and so clean. We really enjoyed our beachfront week.

Just what we needed

This apartment is spacious with a gorgeous view and right on the beach. The beach has beautiful white powdery sand and the water is like bath temperature. The location is convenient to restaurants, publix, airport, other islands, and the mainland. We had a very relaxing time and intend on returning next year if not sooner.

Enjoyable Vacation

Condo was very clean only issue was cable & Internet kept cutting in and out every day was the only down side of the condo.

A touch of paradise

Everything was perfect. The condo location is right on the water and extremely clean. It has everything you need for a great time. The area is quiet and safe. The beach sand is like flour and the water is crystal clear. We had dolphins and manatees swim within a few feet of us. The kids loved taking pictures at sunset. HIGHLY recommend the place.

Great place , great location

We were Very satisfied! The condo was lovely, very clean, comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. Convenient having a washer and dryer right in the condo. The location was perfect, directly on the beach with a “ private” beach for condo residents that wasn’t packed like the public beaches. We loved the lanai, the view of the Gulf and watching the spectacular sunsets from it. Worth every penny we spent! We will definitely try to book this condo again when we return.!

Beautiful Beach, Great Vacation

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. It is a beautiful place to go and the beach is great. Soft sand and clear water. This condo had everything we needed. Very easy parking, very close to the door of the condo as well as the storage unit. The lanai is large too. We would definitely come back to this same condo. Bring your own coffee filters. . . that was the only thing I didn't find in the kitchen !

Great Time

The condo was wonderful and we all loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the view. The access to the beach was great! The only negative would be that it was difficult to do laundry. The area was very small and the dryer door could not be opened completely making it hard to get laundry out of it. Also, the day bed was not very comfortable. Other than that - great condo and location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I am sorry to hear that you felt the laundry area too small---the owner wanted the convenience of having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which did not allow for much more space in the room. Awesome location on a great beach

My wife and I plus 3 kids stayed here for a week at the end of July. This was our first time on Anna Maria island and it was a great location. The island is very laid back and not overflowing with tourists. The condo was just enough space for the 5 of us. The back patio with a door down to the beach was very handy. You’re literally only about 20 yards away from setting up your chairs. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and a couple other things. No sand toys but we bought some and left them there for the next family to use. Our interactions with the property management company were very professional and polite. Check-in was easy and your parking spot is directly below the unit by maybe 20 steps. Kitchen had almost everything we needed minus a pizza cutter. Cleanliness was great until we found a few roaches. In the south they like to call these “palmetto bugs” but they’re technically a type of roach. The first few were dead or nearly dead since they treated the week before. Two of them were alive and moving around when I found them. Hopefully they get that figured out (plan was to treat again after us). That was a pretty disappointing circumstance given how great everything else was.

We absolutely loved this apartment! The location was perfect, the ocean view was absolutely spectacular, and the apartment was spacious, in excellent condition, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
