Florida Vacation Dream Spot - facile e divertente! Questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia con ampie vedute su e giù per la costa. Il condominio si trova all'ultimo piano (6 °) dell'edificio ed è completamente arredato con un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 6-8, divano e divanetto, caffè e tavolini, tv a schermo piatto, tavolo e sedie sul balcone chiuso che è un posto perfetto per guardare la spiaggia, l'oceano e i fantastici tramonti. Puoi persino vedere i delfini nuotare dentro! La camera da letto principale è una suite chiusa con una grande cabina armadio, bagno privato, cassettiera, comodini e letto king size. La seconda camera ha anche un bagno adiacente, letto matrimoniale, armadio, cassettiera, comodini e due letti singoli. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con mobili di qualità, ripiani in corian, frigorifero, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. L'unità è dotata di un posto auto coperto e di un ripostiglio attrezzato con tutta la spiaggia. Wifi gratis.

The Host was wonderful. We had some personal problems that occurred on our first night. She went out of her way to help us to work those problems. The amenities were terrific. The view was perfect. We had Dolphins swimming by almost every day. I saw a bald eagle fly out over the gulf and back to land one morning.

Marie Claire was an exceptional host. She communicated very well. All instructions were clear and concise. The beachfront property was peaceful and relaxing. Best part was the sunroom. Picturesque views of the ocean and the moon. We were very comfortable. Apartment was very well stocked with sheets and towels. Beach towels included. Lovely apartment, very spacious. Very friendly people who live in the complex. Laundry in the same floor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

I’m not kidding when I say the view may be the best on AMI. I can’t imagine it can get much better. The condo was fabulous and situated within walking distance to everything. Love the place and Marie-Claire is wonderful. We hope to come back next year.

This property is 10/10! Clean, quiet, beach view/proximity to the ocean is AMAZING, beach closet full of eveything you could need, shampoo, body wash in the showers, all the cooking supplies you could need and a shelf full of books. The pool was amazing and we basically had it to ourselves all week! We will definitely be back! :)

My wife and I had a great time here. Woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the ocean. We took the elevator down and walked a few feet and we were on the beach. The place is very nice and clean, the owner responds very quick to anything you have a question about. You are also very close anything you would need or want.

Better than ever! We’re returning visitors and always try to grab Marie-Claire’s place when we’re in AMI - there’s just nothing else like it. In our opinion, it has the best views on the island, hands down. The unit is always spotless, well-stocked, and super convenient to everything. But it’s the view that really does it; it’s like slipping into a theta brain wave state just sitting on the balcony. Peaceful, dreamy, hard to leave. Marie-Claire is a fantastic host, and staying here always feels like a reset. Already looking forward to the next trip.

Wonderful vacation on AMI

We had the most wonderful vacation at Martinque #603. The condo was immaculate and very beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped. We felt safe with doors outside locked. The view and sunsets were breathtaking! Right on the beach! Usually when we visit AMI, we go to to other beaches. This time we stayed right on beach in front of condo. After being on beach we would enjoy the beautiful pool.The storage was full of everything you would need, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, & floaties.The places we went to eat were the Feast, Tide Table, La Creperie.And last Marie Claire was so easy to communicate with and very personable. She was a great host..

First trip to AMI

Words cannot describe how beautiful this condo and beach is! A few short steps to the sand and the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. We loved spending time with our young kids at the pool later in the day. The entire property is immaculately clean. Marie Claire was so kind, responsive, and thorough with her communications. Even the beds were very comfortable! We were so appreciative of all the extras stocked in the condo and storage unit. Until we return..I will be dreaming about sunsets viewed from the sunroom!

This condo has an amazing view-you are right on the beach. The sunsets are gorgeous and the beach is beautiful. There were a few construction vehicles and some construction work going on while we were there, due to the fall hurricanes. This condo is well-maintained and well equipped for visitors. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen is very well equipped if that’s what you would like to do. The pool is lovely and the people that we met there were very welcoming and helpful. The host is very quick to answer any questions you might have and very, very friendly. Highly recommend this property!

This property well exceeded our expectations! The location, the cleanliness… Support and communication from the owner was Sterling! Just the view was simply breathtaking. Every morning the view with coffee and stunning sunset in the evening. We will be back and this will be our top rated property!

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful and comfortable condo. We absolutely love the location to everything. The view is fabulous and so is the host. We will be back, but we hope next time TS Debby is not with us. She can stay somewhere else even though she only slowed us down a day.

Absolute perfection! The host, Marie-Claire, represents this condo ‘to a T’! Extremely clean, well stocked and a prime location. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation is here. The sunsets are so spectacular viewed from the lanai. You are steps from the beach. Wonderful recommendations from the host for restaurants on the island. We definitely will return!!!

Best Christmas ever!

We booked this condo over our Christmas break and it was the best VRBO we have booked! First, the location and views were breathtaking and it was beyond clean! Loved the pool, wish had hot tub but with having the ocean right there, it was well worth the trade off! Host was above accommodating with my questions and check-in & out was super easy. We would definitely stay at this location again!!

A little piece of heaven on earth

Marie Clair is an extraordinary host! She is so helpful and accommodating with suggestions re:restaurants. The property is very comfortable with the most INCREDIBLE view! ( The upholstered chairs made lanai time the best!) The condo is stocked with anything you might need & forgot to pack…including beach toys, beach towels & the unexpected rubber band/paper clip.😊 We look forward to returning soon. (This is the place to stay on Anna Marie…centrally located to shopping & restaurants!)

FANTASTIC STAY!

This rental is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, bright, and well stocked with EVERYTHING you need for a great beach vacation. Beds and furniture are comfortable. The location is perfect - the view of the beach is breathtaking and never gets old! You can see up and down the beach, not just directly in front of you as in many rentals. There are many restaurants and shops within walkable distance plus a free trolly if you don’t want to drive. Marie-Claire is a perfect host. She answered all my inquiries very quickly. She even called us to make sure our arrival went smoothly. Don’t hesitate to book this rental. It is gorgeous. We are already looking at dates to return.
