Le pittoresche ville de La Esquina distano solo 100 metri dalla spiaggia. La nostra villa vi dà il benvenuto quando entrate in un complesso paesaggistico naturalmente lussureggiante con una piscina rinfrescante e una piscina privata di immersione sulla nostra spaziosa terrazza privata.

'Pez Vela' ha 3000 piedi quadrati di vita interna / esterna. Situato al piano superiore / attico / 3 ° piano (con ascensore). Completo di un patio privato all'aperto / pranzo coperto che può ospitare 12+. Completo anche una piscina privata di immersione proprio sulla terrazza privata di grandi dimensioni per una perfetta vita interna / esterna. L'attico occupa l'intero terzo piano.

Questo splendido complesso di stucchi ha la piscina più bella di Playa Langosta o Tamarindo - piscina da giardino di 90 piedi completa di lussureggianti piante tropicali circostanti, sedie a sdraio e una doccia esterna di lusso. Il vostro condominio è arredato in modo professionale e offre 3 ampie camere da letto con bagno privato, una grande sala per il relax, una terrazza privata fuori da ogni camera da letto con comode sedie per leggere / fare un sonnellino. Offre anche una grande cucina in granito aperta, in teak e ben attrezzata, completa di una terrazza barbecue adiacente. La terrazza del barbecue ha anche tavolo e sedie per quattro persone, ventilatore e luce. Questa villa ha anche una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice e 3. 5 bagni piastrellati di dimensioni standard.

La sala da pranzo aperta può ospitare comodamente 8 adulti con ulteriore sala da pranzo al largo della grande terrazza adiacente alla grande sala (dove puoi sederti 8 in più!). C'è anche un ulteriore patio all'aperto sul tetto solo un volo sopra. Tu e i tuoi ospiti potrete ammirare le splendide viste sulla costa di Playa Langosta e tramonti spettacolari.

L'uso estensivo del bellissimo legno di teak impreziosisce tutti i mobili completati da pavimenti in pietra naturale estratta localmente e da splendidi ripiani in granito italiano.

Ogni camera da letto ha un ventilatore a soffitto a cassettoni e il controllo del volume della musica. Il soggiorno ha anche ventilatori a soffitto. Ottima aria condizionata

La spiaggia è una breve passeggiata lungo un sentiero del giardino ed è l'ideale per passeggiare, raggruppare la marea o camminare per la vivace città di Tamarindo. Playa Langosta è una tranquilla comunità residenziale di lusso, ma a soli 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (o due minuti) per la vivace città di Tamarindo, nota per i suoi favolosi surf, ristoranti, shopping e divertimento. C'è anche un'ottima spiaggia per il surf a Playa Langosta che dista circa 5 minuti a piedi dal condominio .. È possibile raggiungere a piedi Tamarindo da Playa Langosta sulla spiaggia con la bassa marea o su strada in ogni momento.

Il miglior beach club di sempre è a 5 minuti di distanza, con cibo eccezionale, tavoli da spiaggia, attrezzatura a noleggio (kayak, ecc.) E lezioni di surf.

La Esquina ha splendidi giardini lussureggianti e alberi di banyan che attirano molti uccelli da vedere. C'è anche sicurezza 24 ore su 24 sulla proprietà e parcheggio custodito.

La camera da letto principale ha un ponte principale privato per leggere, rilassarsi. Una camera ha un balcone privato, l'altra si apre sul grande balcone. Camere di dimensioni simili con bagni identici di grandi dimensioni.

Beautiful villa!

We just left our villa today, it was a perfect stay and a great location! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! The house is very spacious and the outdoor patio as well. We loved the outdoor dipping pool on the patio. Daniela and Janet are very accommodating and prompt with their responses!

Very nice comfortable and spacious condo across the street from the stunning Langosta Beach! Perfect neighborhood for our family to enjoy robust Tamarindo Beach and Town yet escape to a very quiet evening only a nice walk or quick golf cart ride away.This property was ideal for our family of 4, we will definitely book this again!

Fantastic stay

The property is perfect, off the main huddle of Tamarindo but a short 15 moon morning walk to fresh bread in the morning. It was comfort and very well equipped. Would go back anytime.

Family Stay in Tamarindo

This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had!

Great place to stay!

Loved our accommodations! Having a golf cart was definitely important for getting around but we appreciated being a bit removed from the busyness of downtown Tamarindo. Nice to have a few restaurant options close by, as well as the market.

Nicely appointed and spacious condo. Easy access to the beach and a beautiful onsite pool. The Tamarindo area is excellent for dining and drinking and beach activities.

Wonderful location and amenities.

The condo was wonderful, worked very well for our family of five. Location is close to beach and walkable to town, a real plus for New Year's Eve. The staff was very helpful in replying to our requests for service. We will try to stay here when we return!

Fantastic Beach House

This was the second year we stayed at Janet’s amazing property. The interior is spacious and clean, as is the pool outside. Beautifully maintained and a close walk to the beach and all amenities. We love our stay at Janet’s property where we get to watch the monkeys and beautiful birds in this wonderful landscape. Highly recommend this home away from.

Vacation with friends

This property was wonderful. Walking distance to a beach with a lovely sunset. Felt safe as it had a locking gate and guards at night. Town is walkable but it’s a bit of a hike but there was a lot of cute restaurants that were close. The space was big and had plenty of room to spread out. Nice kitchen to cook in. Outside area with dipping pool. This was perfect place for a larger group like ours.

Fantastic Beach House

Janet was a great host. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked and laundry in the unit was a bonus! We loved the location being a little further out of town as it was quieter. Questions were answered very promptly and the pool was a plus. Our family enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be back.

Great location close to Tamarindo

We enjoyed being close to the restaurants and shops in Tamarindo but away from the crowds. Langosta beach is beautiful and a very short walk away. Howler monkeys came past the condo daily. The local restaurants in Playa Langosta are all fantastic. Although Tamarindo is certainly walking distance, the heat made it difficult so renting a golf cart was very handy.

Spacious indoor and outdoor condo in lovely setting

This large condo is well appointed and comes as advertised. The price point for this owner-loved condo makes it a good value. Positive points: Spaces are well designed, furniture is in good enough condition to be comfortable yet inviting for use even with kids, patio spaces are great, dipping pool is attractive even if you don't use it, the condo pool is exceptional (well designed and cared for), the concierge was extremely responsive (Daniela was our contact), kitchen was appropriately stocked, appliances were very good (dishwasher had problems but is being replaced). The owner is extremely responsive and personable--you can tell she wants you to enjoy your stay. Beds had good mattresses, towels were new and high quality, linens good. Great restaurants within easy walk (2-10 minutes, all very safe). The less than perfect (for some): There is some road noise during the day as a city bus stops across the street and you can hear it from the patio (no issue inside the condo), the howler monkeys in the trees across the street can wake you up early (but that is really kind of fun!), the TV is a small by today's standards (but hey, who is there to watch TV?--and if you must watch, the channels are extensive). The unit has limited views of the ocean but the inviting upstairs observation area has good ocean views. 3 min walk to beach. Highly recommend this rental.

A dream for our family

We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful property in Playa Langosta and felt like we were dreaming. The owner was helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. It was such a gift to our family to be able to stay in this lovely condo in paradise. Thank you, thank you, thank you! There were more beautiful beaches, opportunities for activities, moments of peace, delicious food, and the most wonderful environment for our family. We felt so spoiled staying here. The only real problem was that we did not want to leave! Janet, thank you for sharing your paradise with us.

Beautiful 3 bedroom Condo!!

Stop looking for anywhere else to stay in Tamarindo. This condo was beyond beautiful and even better than the photos. It is in an area outside of Tamarindo on Playa Langosta that is charming and away from the hustle of the great surf town. This condo slept our family of 5, and allowed us to be comfortable and cooking in the gourmet kitchen. The owners were beyond helpful and the staff on site were very kind.

Great stay in Tamorindo

This condo is the full floor and has 3 bedrooms, a nicely appointed kitchen and a fabulous deck. The deck is shaded and has a large table as well as lounge chairs. We spent most of our stay out on the deck! There is a splash pool for cooling off as well as a larger, lovely pool for the condo complex. The location was quiet and located an easy drive away from the active areas of Tamorindo. We rented a golf cart for 6 whiched worked well. There is only one outlet for charging near the parking area so using a gas powered cart might be a better option. The rental coordinator was fantastic and we were able to book travel experiences through her as well as receive information quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this property!

Near Tamarindo, Great Stay

This property was perfect for our stay near Tamarindo. It was close to every thing we needed. Right across the road from the sandy beach; perfect for watching sunsets, long morning beach walks and dips to cool down. It was 3 minute drive to Tamarindo or a quick walk; close to fabulous restaurants, shopping, groceries & Tamarindo beach another spot to swim or watch the sunsets. The pool was lovely: a great spot to enjoy the sun, cool down or have an evening dip. The actual condo was well laid out with each bedroom having their own bathroom & private patio, spacious living space & we used the main patio to gather & it was so wonderful to have our own private cool water plunge pool. Would recommend this property !

the place is very nice. one of the ladies in our group of six has bilateral total hip implants and the elevator to the penthouse floor was no working while we were there. That made it very difficult for her. The water ran out 3 times during our stay. one of the times the water ran out was from 7pm to 1 pm the next day. Despite the setbacks we enjoyed our visit as much as possible and would recommend the place to others looking for a clean place to stay.

Investment exploration

The property was beautiful. The pool was spectacular. The roof top was amazing. The walk to the beach across from the property was perfect. There were several restaurants within walking distance that were excellent. The facility was secure and easy access. The property manager for the unit was always responsive when we had to call. One of the air-conditioning units was not working when we arrived but it was fixed within a couple of hours. The unit was well taken care of and beautifully decorated. We used the outside living space most of the time. We were excited that we saw the moneys in the trees next to the parking area. The only complaint we had was the elevator not working most of the time we were there. Generally, it would not be a problem but one person in our party had a knee issue, and it was very hard for her to get up and down the stairs. Carting the luggage up and down the stairs was a little difficult. Having the elevators in buildings that are outside and not climate controlled will always be an issue. Love the location to Tamarindo. Just outside the cities activities but close enough to be there in minutes. We experience a very warm and friendly greetings from everyone we came in contact with during our stay. I would rent it again! Pura Vida Kathy

Spring Break

Traveling with children to new countries is a great education for them to learn the world but can be challenging- this villa was perfect for that. The place was an awesome extension of teaching our kids to embrace another culture while still feeling safe and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed, it was a very short walk to a great beach to explore and watch sunsets. Beds were fantastic. Short walk to an outdoor-ish sports bar (which was so yummy) and kept the kids entertainted with games. Town was a quick golf cart (or nice walk) ride away and has AMAZING food all over. Pool was really pretty for after the beach. The few slight hiccups we had with minor things (wasn't given the safe key type of thing) was very quickly addressed by the owner and management company to ensure our stay was successful. And it was. Highly recommend this place, people are so friendly, awesome food and a rich and vibrant culture surrounds you.

Perfect location!

This very attractive 3 bedroom, 3+ bathroom condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each bedroom came with its own private bath and access to an outdoor patio. Living room and dining room were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped which is unusual. The main outdoor deck is amazing with another large and comfortable dining table, several cushy chairs and chaise longues and a fantastic soaking tub. There is a public access to Playa Langosta beach right across the street. We're not usually "pool people" but the building's pool is very nice so we ended up using it frequently. We enjoyed having sunset drinks on the rooftop deck too. Secure parking put our minds at ease. Last but not least, the location of this building was perfect for us!! Outside of the touristy craziness of Tamarindo but still within walking distance. Playa Langosta is a rocky beach but great for a beach read in the shade of the trees and a nice dip. Tamarindo is better for swimming, surfing, bodysurfing but much more crowded. It was great having access to both.

First Time Costa Rica Visit

We arrived in Tamarindo and were taken directly to our home after picking up the key, which was super simple. When we arrived, we found the elevator was out of service, but not really a problem. The walk up was easy, and the home was awesome! Exactly as presented and described. Very comfortable living room and bedrooms. The home was clean and cool inside, and everything was in order. There were even beach chairs and beach towels for us to use...a cooler, too! That was great. The beds were comfortable and since all the bedrooms had private baths, all of the guests were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the views were great too. We could see the ocean and the pool from our main balcony which made sitting there great. The plunge pool was fun and gave us another way to cool off after a day out exploring. Oh, and there was plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities close by for us. We did have a golf cart, which is recommended, but not always necessary. We would recommend the house to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay and still be a reasonable distance from town.

We purchased this property in 2006 after taking several trips to Costa Rica and falling in love with this eco-friendly(and friendly) country. We LOVE Playa Langosta because it is close to EVERYTHING but quiet(but not dead)! We love this small complex for it Moorish architectural influence and it is elegant but understated

Playa Langosta offer several very good restaurants, bars, a grocery store and small quaint hotels that have cocktails and dining. All of these are in walking distance to the condo. There is a great beach steps from the condo that you can tide pool in low tide and the shoreline is just stunning...for those who surf, there is a great break to the south of the condo (about a 5-7 minute walk). This condo offers fantastic indoor/outdoor living at its best. every room has a terrance and there are sturdy cushioned lounge chairs on each. My guess is you will fall in love with this place too.
