Great vacation spot. Came for the Newport half marathon and this was a great retreat from the business of downtown. And the hot tub was perfect before and after the race. Good fenced in yard for the kiddos and ocean access for play. Highly recommend this rental.

Sakonnet Vacation

Cozy Cottage provided us with great place to stay for our Portsmouth vacation. The cottage lived up to the listing, very clean, updated and had everything you would need. The screened in porch, overlooking the river, was by far the best place to have coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise and at nighttime to enjoy cocktails.

Perfect little cottage for a relaxing getaway that’s just a short ride to Newport. Beautifully decorated and comfy. Loved the screened-in-porch overlooking the water. The cottage was so charming! Exactly as shown in the photos. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with everything we needed although we didn’t cook any meals. It is decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. We would have enjoyed a longer stay to truly take advantage of the wonderful outdoor spaces! The pic is from the patio. What a great space! I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
