We loved everything about this place. It is spacious, clean and well appointed. Michael and Erica were prompt in their communication and accommodating to special requests. Can’t recommend this spot enough, we didn’t want to leave!!

Our birthday celebration was extra special due our welcoming hosts. They added special touches to get our celebration off to a great start (decorations, notes, and responding to questions.

I travel a lot- this was my fifth time at Mardi Gras and I have to say this is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in!!!! The hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. House is super spacious with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. To top it all off the location is unbeatable!!! Very central and walkable to all the best party spots, bars and restaurants. Stay here, and you’ll be so glad you did!!

This VRBO made my best friend’s bachelorette party! This home is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures! Michael and Erika were extremely accommodating and responsive. Truly the perfect VRBO hosts. Great location as well, we loved the coffee shop down the street. Very walkable. Highly recommend staying here, especially with a larger group! Girls trip!

The house was amazing, lots of room and comfy beds. The location was great, easy to get Ubers, close to the action without being too close.

Amazing house on Royal

The place was fantastic…..really spacious. Great location. Short walk to Frenchman St. The hosts were outstanding and extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

Great house with all the amenities you could want. The owners, Michael and Erika, are very attentive and went "above and beyond" to make sure our stay was exceptional. Would definitely rent from them again. Quick walk to the French Quarter and fun local neighborhood bars and restaurants.

Great location, fantastic hosts, would stay again!

We had a great time at Maison De La Royal in New Orleans. The location was great, close to great music and a quick walk to the French Quarter. The owners were helpful with any questions we had, and also gave us great recommendations! Don't think twice about renting this penthouse.

Great location walking distance to bars french market bourbon street restaurants!! Area was quiet neighbors were good. We felt safe. We felt at homewould definitely return

Awesome Property - Awesome Location

Stayed here for my bachelor party and couldn’t have been more please with the locations and accommodations. Will be back if I ever come with a huge group to NOLA. I strongly recommend it!

Fantastic place for a family vacation

We vacationed here with our adult "kids" and it was the perfect place to hang out and spend time together when we weren't exploring the city. This condo was every bit as spacious and nice as it looks in the pictures. The dining table seats 8 and there was plenty of seating in both living spaces, along with a ping pong table. Everything was ready when we arrived and the host responded to questions quickly.

Sorority sisters weekend

The place was great. Plenty of room. Had a great time. The drag brunch at The Country Club was a highlight. And easy walking distance. Make your reservation early!

A Ten-Star Stay

A Ten-Star StayThe house, the furnishings, and the location were all great and even better than advertised. The caring snd communication with Michael and Erika made us feel like we were staying with family. The location felt very safe. Family members ran every morning and many walked to and from the French Quarter.

Awesome property!

We loved Michael and Erika’s place! Perfect place to say for our NOLA trip to see Taylor Switft! Very clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. We loved the living spaces and patio! Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend this property! We were able to walk to a lot of places within 20-30 minutes. Overall great place to stay!

Christmas stay

Michael and Erika have created a home away from home. They spent the time to decorate for Chriatmas and ensure that we felt the Christmas spirit Location was convenient to the French Quarter but far enough to be able to relax when needed. I would highly recommend this rental for another family gathering or a trip with close friends.

Hidden Surprise

This place is really great. Lots of room. Close to bars and shops and fun things todo. Hosts check in frequently to see if we needed anything. We will be back.

Perfect Bywater location and super clean

No better location than this for easy access to Frenchmen and Bywater area attractions. Friendly neighborhood with loads of unique bars, restaurants, and cafes. Never have I experienced a cleaner apartment. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else next time I’m in NOLA.
