Mi è piaciuto: Check-in e posizione
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
We checked in and it didnt seemed like it was cleaned. There was food stuck onto the placemats, there was a musty smell inside and one of the chairs in the living room smelt like animal pee. On top of that, the tiles on the floor were cracked and definitely need to update it. The gates to the pool area is a little tricky and barely working but that is just overall property’s fault. We also found hair on the blankets and bedding like it hasn’t been washed. For how much we spent a night, we were better off staying at a motel with the quality of the condo.

Triniti, Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the condition of the condo upon your arrival. What you described is not the experience we want our guests to have, and I’m very sorry for the cleanliness issues and odors you encountered during your stay. Please know that I am addressing these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately. We also appreciate you letting us know about the pool gate issues and will pass that feedback along to the HOA. Had these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have been more than happy to resend our cleaners or have maintenance stop by to help address them. We truly wish we had the opportunity to make things right, as we strive to provide all guests with a 5-star experience. Again, I sincerely apologize for the disappointment and appreciate your feedback. Thanks, NBE

Great Amenities and good experience

Overall had a great trip Pros: loved the river access, outdoor green space, and balcony. Very close to town. Very communicative management company. Close to town. Well equipped Cons: we came with kids and the complex is a bit of a party scene. Couldn’t hear noise inside though. We heard each other throughout the condo

Super cute condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was super cute, very clean, and exactly as advertised. Absolutely zero complaints about the condo. The river access area left a lot to be desired. Very rocky, and very deep in spots. Water moved too swiftly to sit and enjoy.

Slice of Heaven - Summer of 23

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying here. The location is awesome and very close to all the attractions. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay very enjoyable. We loved the scenery, pool, and easy river access. The only downfall was we were unable to use the living room TV because the Spectrum box was not working and we were not informed that we had to be present when the tech arrived. We will definitely come back to stay and use New Braunfels Escapes!
Risposta di VrboOwner, il giorno 3 ago 2023

Perfect Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at "Slice of Heaven"! We love it so much this is our second year staying at this unit with plans to return in the future! The unit is just as described/pictured and the location is very ideal! It is conveniently located on the first floor (not ideal for those who can't tolerate noisy upstairs neighbors lol) and the porch area overlooks the back of the property. New Braunsfels Escapes was great with communications and sent follow up text prior to arrival and reminders at departure. I would highly recommend Slice of Heaven as well as New Braunsfels Escapes.

Cute and comfortable with everything you need!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfectly located and had everything you could need. Coffee maker was a regular drip style so bring your own ground coffee (they provided filters). We did have an incident where the shower curtain fell off while we were sleeping, waking us up and forcing the bathroom closed so that we were locked out for a bit, but we eventually managed to move it and put it back up lol. We utilized both pools and hot tubs which was really nice to have. We even added an extra day!The proximity to Schlitterbahn can’t be beat, so close! My only complaint was that they made us drive across town to pick up the key code and parking passes. This really seems like something they could have sent over an email and left the parking passes inside for us to fill out. It was an additional hassle after driving for hours from Houston
