We typically provide a small complimentary packet of local coffee to help guests get started on their first morning. However, it is just a welcome supply rather than enough coffee for the entire stay, so we always recommend that coffee lovers bring along some extra to enjoy throughout their visit. I sincerely apologize if this wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand, and I completely understand your disappointment, especially when you’re looking forward to that first cup of coffee in the morning! If the complimentary packet is ever missed during preparation, we’re always happy to arrange to have one dropped off. We just want to be transparent that it is a small amount and isn't intended to cover daily coffee needs. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the oversight and any miscommunication!
