Step back in time at this stately 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property on scenic Route 6A. Not only will you enjoy an updated kitchen, but 4 separate living areas and additional dining area. The home offers central air conditioning throughout, washer, dryer and dishwasher. Spend evening time with family and friends around the fire pit, dine on the patio area or watch the children at play in the fenced in yard. You can enjoy an outside enclosed shower after a day at the beach or after exploring many of the town's historic sites and specialty shops.

Scargo Lake Beach is less than a mile away, which offers fresh water swimming. Looking for an ocean beach? You can either walk to Howes Beach (.6 miles away) or drive and park at Corporation Beach, less than a mile away.

This area of Dennis offers wonderful things to do, including the Cape Playhouse, The Cape Cod Museum of Art, and many restaurants and ice cream shops- all within a 5 minute drive.

Please note: Home has streaming services only. Bathrooms have showers only, no tubs. Hot tub will be drained for rental season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would rent this again! Plenty of space, clean, updated but historic charm abounds. Lots of space to hang out inside and out. Simple walk to the beach with teens/young adults. Very great company to work with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general house was excellent, very few issues. Three issues I would like to call out. Internet was slow, a house this size will have multiple users which posed a problem for those trying to work part of the day. Second is shades in the bedroom or lack there of. Prefer a dark room to sleep. Third, lighting in the main upstairs bathroom needs to be improved over the sink.
