This is a wonderful property located between Sandwich and Barnstable. The house was very clean and well stocked for our family gathering. Four nice size bedrooms and three full baths. The living room and kitchen are large and inviting and the deck area is huge with plenty of seating overlooking a beautiful marsh, especially in the morning. It’s a great place to grab a quiet cup of coffee at sunrise. Communication with Matt was excellent, he answered any and all questions quickly. This is a home we would like to return to in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this property over 4th of July weekend. The house was large and clean and is exactly as shown on pictures and description. Matt was an amazing host. Great communication and so accommodating! One of our guests needed to work (unfortunately for her!) during our stay and Matt was able to move the computer monitors to the room where she stayed and even ordered additional adaptors, so that it would fit her computer. We definitely recommend this property and this host! Hope to see you again soon!

5 star Experience

This home is beautiful inside and out and meticulously clean. It was more than enough room for our family of 7. The location was perfect and close to so many restaurants, shopping, golf as well as the beach. Matt was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond when we had questions. He also checked in to make sure all was going well during our stay. Can’t say enough good things about the home and the host!! Definitely looking forward to returning!

Fabulous house with nice big rooms. Very clean (and I’m very fussy about that). A well appointed kitchen with all you need for family dinners. The master bedroom had a lovely view of green plants that was wonderful to wake up to. The master bath is huge with a heated floor that was very appreciated on the cold December mornings. Matt was very responsive to any questions and he cancellation- unasked- to shovel us out of the driveway when we had a few inches of snow overnight. Great yard with lovely views of the marsh and it is a lovely safe neighborhood for walking. We will definitely stay again next year.
