Fun Family Vacation

It was a nice family vacation spot. Although, we were disappointed that pools closed early every night.

Easily walkable to the beach and club house with a pool. Home was well stocked with kitchen utensils but no spices. Home was very clean and wellLaid out. Be prepared with your own soap and dishwasher detergent- they don’t provide but a starter pack for those.

Family vacation

This home served all of our needs. It had plenty of space for everyone. It was very convenient to the amenities, pool and beach.

Great accommodation

Everything was great. I don’t like to pick at nits but I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out the door situation. There are pocket doors, which are difficult for younger kids to operate. The secondary bedrooms have ventilated doors, which isn’t a problem in and of itself, but can’t be an issue for some. There is no door between the master bedroom and bathroom, which creates privacy issues and can be loud if someone is trying to sleep. Overall, I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Fantastic beach house

My family had a wonderful time at this beach house. The house had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and pools. My kids loved getting ice cream treats every afternoon at the pool grille. The house had board games and activities for the kids. They especially loved the tv in the breakfast nook. The towels were fluffy, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The garage apartment was perfect for our adult children that needed extra privacy. The house is very close to Publix which was so convenient. The only two things I would say are that the coffee machine was just a normal coffee pot ( we were told it was a keurig) and the house only sleeps 8 even though the listing says 10. Neither of these were an issue for us, though. We would definitely come back to cinnamon beach.

We apologize for the mix up of coffee makers. We will specify in the listing (we also would have gladly brought a Keurig for you to use during your stay) Also we will clarify that the max occupancy is 10 guests and that there are beds for 8 in our property description. Hope you are able to visit Cinnamon Beach Vacations again very soon!

Vacation headache

The house was nice , other than the Wifi constantly going off , with all TV's being streamed this made watching TV a joke. The thing that made the stay bad was a house being built right accross the street , and one beside the house and one behind the house we were staying in. Did not know this before hand otherwise would have Not rented this house. When i called to complain they said well they are not suppose to start work until 8 am , they started each of the 7 days at 6 am. Parking was a nightmare because the driveway was blocked with construction equipment , was told we could park in the front of the house by the rental office , but security came buy and left tickets on our cars saying they would tow the cars. Also when I called to report a leak in the ceiling and cabinet door falling off , nobody came to inspect the leak in the ceiling , even telling them that plaster was falling from the ceiling. Sad because the house was nice, just needed some things fixed. but mainly nobody letting me know they were building 3 houses around this house during our stay was wrong !!

Jeff, thank you for the feedback. We take pride in providing a great experience for our guests. Unfortunately, it appears you were not satisfied with some things. Couple of items we would like to respond to. Regarding the drywall issue. The A/C in the mother in-law suite was turned down too cool and it was constantly running which caused condensation from the handler and dripped on the drywall. Our maintenance team responded right away and were able to meet with you at the home. We weren't able to fix the drywall until it dried, maybe that was a mis-communicated on our part and we apologize. We were able to address this as you checked out the following day and the drywall has been repaired. The wifi issue was a neighborhood wide problem for a few days due to the provider. That has since been remedied as well. We hope you can make it back to Cinnamon Beach soon and enjoy a better experience! -Cinnamon Beach Vacations staff

Only sleeps 8, deceiving.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, it says on the information, it sleeps 10. It sleeps 8. When I requested clarification, thinking perhaps there was a sleeper sofa, I was told I should get an airbed. Unacceptable. The tub has zero water pressure. The rooms have louvered doors so there was no sound buffering. Other all of us not being able to stay together, my sister loves staying at Cinnamon beach. The house was adequate for 8 but I won’t stay again.
