The villa offers an excellent ocean view. While the Da Vinci villa's view is obstructed by an adjacent property, its location is highly convenient. Parking is available at an additional cost and may be challenging for larger vehicles. The property is ideally situated near several outstanding restaurants, particularly The Taco Stand. Our fur-babies thoroughly enjoyed their stay, as did we. Shevy provided exceptional hosting services.

The location is fantastic

We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views from the patio & living room of this property. There was a surfing event during our stay. We had fun watching the surfers while drinking our coffee in the morning light. The location is fantastic - you're able to walk to many restaurants and shops. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at this home! The location is perfect. It's really close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful and quiet. Beach access is right around the corner too. You really can't beat the view of the ocean though. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves was a highlight. The space is a little outdated but very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Can't wait to come back

Great location, very quiet at night

Great location. Very quiet at night and easy to walk anywhere in Laguna. Right near the ocean. Can't beat it. Check in across the street and not the easiest to find. But it was a minor annoyance. The place was fantastic.

Close to the Waves

One bedroom Villa with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Steps from the beach. Enjoyed being close to the waves. Cute and cozy.

The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.

Excellent location!

Great condo overlooks the ocean. It has 1.5 baths which was a plus. Grocery store is across the street and many restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to downtown location. It has a musty, damp smell but is expected because the ocean is nearby but could use a few air fresheners. It has all the amenities in the shower is great. I would definitely stay here again.
