Check-in was easy and communication was excellent. The cabin was very nice, with a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful deck area. The location was great, right in the heart of the village but quiet and pleasant. We enjoyed our weekend escape to the mountains!

This is our second stay at the Mountain Cabin. The cabin was much more spacious than the photos suggest. We had plenty of room to spread out and living area was perfect for gathering without feeling crowded.This property truly has everything. The host has thought of every detail, making a house feel like a home.The decor created the perfect "mountain home" vibe for relaxing after a day of exploring.The host was fantastic—easily available and very responsive to any questions we had, which made the check-in and stay completely stress-free.We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Cabin Sweet Cabin

The cabin had TV's in every room which made it nice for the grandkids. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you could need and more, Outside decks were nice too, Very close to the town proper. If ever in Cloudcroft again will definitely try to get this cabin.

Very nice home in the trees!

We enjoyed our stay- the only thing to mention was it was kind of dusty - and my daughter is allergic to dust - but it was clean and nice. It would be impossible to get all the dust with all of your treasures in there( they made it cozy).Great location!

The residence offered complete home-like amenities; (hot chocolate coffee and the works!)please strictly observe the property manager's guidelines.

Omar and his guests arrived with 6 vehicles and a trailer that they parked in the middle of the street in front of the neighbors parking. Driveway will park 4 vehicles as stated in the listing. That blocked the neighbors from leaving and others to be able to use the street. Brought a open gas grill onto the wooden deck. A gas grill is provided. Smoking on the front porch with highly flammable pine needles on the ground. The smoking and grills are for safety reasons to prevent forest fires.

Cozy cabin in Cloudcroft

Cozy cabin in the woods- clean, comfortable, well-stocked, clear and thorough instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our break from the heat in the mountains, hummingbirds central on the porch, and the nearby area shops and food were also very enjoyable. Thank you!

Beautiful

Favorite cabin we've stayed in when visiting Cloudcroft. The Christmas decorations were so nice. The rustic look, the accommodations, the kitchen, the deck, location, etc. Everything was great! Not one complaint. Will be back soon!

Rustic cabin

Very rustic house. Decorated with rough wood antlers and moose stuff. The house was very well stocked with whatever we need. I would highly recommend this house to anybody.

Relaxing

The house was very well stocked with all the kitchen utensils we needed and very convenient to find. We all slept comfortable with lots of room. Plus, the deck is super comfy. Everything my stressed filled family needed to unwind for a long weekend.

We recently stayed in Cloudcroft to be near our boys who were camping nearby. From the point of opening the front door and during our entire stay, the house felt like home. The place had so many decorative details that made it feel like a genuine cabin. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had, like finding the toaster. Thank you for sharing your home.

Many Rules

There were many rules to follow including things I’ve never encountered at a rental. For example you’re not able to bring your coolers inside and have to wash, dry, and put away dishes before you leave. The property was clean and easy to find.

Jordan, you accepted my cabin rules at booking. The cabin has a dishwasher and I supply Cascade. I'm sure you wouldn't like large coolers drug into your home and the drain being left open to flood your home. Coolers with wheels were tearing up the concrete steps at the front of the cabin. This is why I ask for coolers to be left outside on the deck. I'm sorry you had such a hard time with the dishes and coolers. Most hosts require you to wash dishes. I'm very sorry that something you were aware of made your trip dysfunctional.

Christmas in Cloudcroft

We spent 8 days in Cloudcroft for a Christmas vacation with our daughters from Chicago & Detroit. Rustic and quaint cabin, with loads of charm, in the center of Cloudcroft. Host did an incredible job decorating the cabin (inside & out) for Christmas. Important: beds were incredibly comfortable (with nice bed linens), water pressure was great, and showerheads were nice, kitchen was well-stocked, with everything you need and everything worked. Fabulous outdoor living space and the inside of the cabin was very comfortable. Host was professional, polite and easy to contact. Absolutely recommend.

Highly Recommend This Property

Property had all the cookware we could possibly need, countless spices, and staples such as flour, sugar, coffee grounds, cooking oil, condiments such as mustard and ketchup, etc. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, entertainment options on the Roku TV, Wi-Fi, and other amenities at the property. We went to solar observatory in Sunspot, local brewery/pizza restaurant, McGinn's Pistachioland, Alamogordo Space museum, and many other places we enjoyed. Super friendly host. Family Dollar and large Allsups convenience store are nearby where we purchased laundry detergent, aluminum foil, vegetables, dry goods, etc. Cabin is older and some doors don't close well and floor squeeks in certain spots but is in great condition overall. We really enjoyed our stay and property looks just like the photos. Locals were very nice.
