Multi-level home with stairs required to access bedrooms and both bathrooms—please ensure this fits your group. Sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and a Queen pull-out. Enjoy a hot tub, theater room, and game space—perfect for families and groups. Fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, and a 65” TV. Located across from parks and a rec center, and just minutes to light rail with easy access to Denver.

We had a good stay at this property. It was clean and in a good neighborhood. We stayed for 10 days as we were attending a show. The kitchen is moderately supplied with condiments, so if you plan to cook then make sure to bring your supplies. We did have some glitches with the front door keypad, so please heed the instructions given with the stay package. Overall a decent stay and communication was very good with the host.

Perfect for what our family of four needed. Location allowed us to experience RMNP and Downtown Denver. Plenty of space for us to spread out when we needed while having great rooms to share together (especially the theater room). Would definitely recommend!

April Stay in Thornton

The stay was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and the theater room when we were in the house. The location was conveniently located and had all the necessary cups, plates, etc for our party.

We had an amazing time! The house was spotless, the cleanup instructions were super reasonable, and check in was a breeze. Amanda had a nice binder with very helpful information about the local eateries and general information. It was a good location for going into the city but also very central to a lot of necessities. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful home!

Enjoyed everything. Clean, great location, stocked kitchen, large theater room, and a wonderful relaxing hottub! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The whole place was extremely neat and clean had awesome amenities. We enjoyed everything that we could at the house! The kids really loved the hot tub, the most and the foosball table. We would love to stay here again😊

The house was absolutely amazing! It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was fast and effortless, with quick responses to all our questions. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Very responsive and clean

The hosts were very quick to respond when the door code was not working correctly upon check in and even came out to reset and test the hot tub on Thanksgiving Day! The hot tub was cozy, clean and hot. The fooseball table was a nice touch and my daughter and I had a great time playing on it. Beds were clean and very comfortable.

The house was just as described. I would highly recommend this property. A tri level house is perfect for a vacation stay. There are bedrooms separate of gathering areas in case some want to stay up later than others and still have privacy and no interruptions. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Loved the floors!! The oven was not clean. But, that was the only thing. We liked the hot tub and the theater room.

Nice house in suburbia

No complaints about this property! It was exactly as described. Our son used the theater room for gaming while we traveled around Denver. Hosts were great and we never needed anything but they were available the whole time.

Great place in Thornton

This was a great place to stay out away from downtown Denver. We loved the location and community around the area. Streets were clean and easy to travel. There were plenty of places around the Thornton area to shop and eat, but it was also easy to access the highways to get to other areas around Denver. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. It's a quirky house with an interesting layout, but it worked for us. We especially loved the screened in porch, which was perfect for coffee in the mornings. The movie room was cool, too. All in all, the place was perfect for what we wanted and the hosts were easy to work with. We highly recommend this place in Thornton.
