The Palms Wailea

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. Walkable distance to beach and restaurants, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and well kept condo!

From check in to check out, our entire stay was great! This is a well kept condo with all the amenities a family needs during their stay. It is a short distance from a great beach and shops.

Excellent Spot Near the Beach and Shops

We had a great time staying here and this listing absolutely lived up to it's description. It felt very spacious for our family (2 adults, 1 kid) and we really enjoyed the lanai as a place to eat breakfast, read a book, or just relax. Would definitely stay here again.

I need to explain because I want it to really say that the stay is 4.75 out of 5. My family and I would DEFINITELY stay there again. The Kitchen is WELL Stocked and perfect. The Family room spacious. The Bedrooms are great and the Bathrooms are so well orgainzed and clean... The Condo looks amazing and loved our time there but for one thing. Easy walk up to the Pool and within walking to the Beaches for strolls... if you are taking things to the beach, there are 2 lots very close. LOTS of Towels and chairs etc...The Dryer caused our family some issues and some items ended up with holes in them and marks in other items. If they fixed the issue or replace it with a new dryer it would be one of the best places to stay we have had at The Palms..

Great property in Wailea

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience. Property is nicely decorate and comfortable.But we experienced some major problems.- Shower head in the master bathroom fell off and almost hit my head when I was taking shower.- Annoying sands inside the washer/dryer machine- Dryer machine needs some works, twice my short pants cord stuck on the machine.- Most of the pans were not in good condition: scratched and rust. Those needs to be replaced.

Another great stay at The Palms in Wailea

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time staying at the Palms, 1st time we were in an upper unit, this time a lower unit. After this stay, definitely prefer the upper unit with the views and proximity to the pool. The unit itself is well appointed and has everything our family of 5 needed for the 8 days we stayed. The site manager, Beau, was very very helpful, and had some great tips. I'll keep it short and sweet, great units, and would stay again. For the price you can't beat it compared to some of the expensive Hotels just down the street. Also, these units accommodate 5 comfortably compared to a cramped hotel room (try booking a single room for 5 at a Marriott or Grand Wailea, eye opener. We'll be back soon, not sure when, but we'll be back.

This was the perfect place to stay! We had an amazing time - the condo was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet perfect area. Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It has a very nice pool area just a short walk away. The beach is also within a walking distance, but there’s also parking lots available. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away as well. We would definitely return here to stay again.
