L'unità 1507 è un condominio spazioso e bellissimo con una splendida vista sull'oceano situato nel cortile interno desiderabile a pochi passi dalla pittoresca piscina, il tutto senza salire ripide scale. Completamente climatizzato con un sistema suddiviso in 3 zone, questo condominio è il luogo di vacanza ideale.
Godrai di un interno appena rinnovato con un arredamento di buon gusto. La moderna cucina ben attrezzata ha ripiani in granito, una nuova lavastoviglie, piano cottura e frigorifero. Il confortevole soggiorno ha anche A / C e TV HD con DVR. Entrambe le camere vantano lenzuola e letti di qualità. La spaziosa camera da letto principale vi dà il benvenuto con A / C, TV HD e bagno privato. Le porte scorrevoli sul lanai offrono privacy e comfort. La seconda camera da letto, anch'essa con aria condizionata, è dietro le porte scorrevoli ventilate a fessura e c'è un secondo bagno con doccia.

Great stay. Grounds and condo were awesome!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in various south Maui vacation rentals including the Palms at Wailea, but this home exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in we sensed the attention to the details that made our experience first rate. Creating meals in a kitchen so well stocked with utensils that were a joy to use, use of furniture that enabled us to dine comfortably and then relax on the most well appointed lanai while watching whales in the sunset was magical. Overall it’s evident this home is well taken care of and management responded very quickly to any concerns. We feel very fortunate to have stayed and thank the owners for sharing.Walks to keawakapu and Ulua beaches as well as easy access to shopping both in Wailea and Kihei make the location ideal.

Well equipped and lovely!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time in this unit over the past few years. It is in a great location, extremely well equipped with kitchen utensils, really nice glassware, plastic ware for the patio, beach chairs, tons of towels, etc. We appreciate the nice appliances too. I've mentioned before that an upgrade on the mattresses and pillows would be a great benefit for better sleep and an up-size in the living room television would be great! Unfortunately this stay, we had a family of five in the condo above us that had total disregard for the fact that their were residents below them. After two reminders from Maui Rentals with no change in their behavior, we almost moved to a hotel to get away from the 24/7 stomping, running and scraping of chairs, but couldn't bite the bullet for the cost of that. Despite the unwanted noise from them on this trip, this is a delightful place to stay.

Fantastic, quiet location, loaded with amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this unit, and right from the first moment, everything was handled professionally and swiftly.Payment process was explained clearly, we were notified about the dates and when information would be supplied and it was all on-time, and concise. Arrived at the unit late at night, we were tired and the everything was ready. The next morning we could really check out the unit. This place is great. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and there is nothing more we needed. The unit has beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bags, and everything you need for the beach.Also there was even some tools and some WD-40 to fix a sticky kitchen window latch. We did need to call maintenance for a running toilet valve, and it was fixed the very next day.The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there was an abundance of towels, and other amenities.The renovated kitchen is wonderful. We had stayed at the Palms in non-renovated units and the kitchen is kludgy. This updated kitchen works so much better than the original designs. Kudos to the owners for the redesign.Overall, this is a great unit, incredibly well stocked, and albeit it could have been cleaned a bit better (floors were gritty), I would love to stay at #1507 again.
