Great family vacation

We rented this property for our annual family vacation. The house was nicely located to the beach and local Coligny Plaza. This offered us many places to dine & shop. The grandkids really enjoyed the multiple ice cream shops. The house had plenty of room for a family of ten.

Excellent!

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The b room layout is well designed. The location to the beach was great, 250 steps. Short walk to the plaza. Would definitely recommend this property

Best vacation ever

This house was everything that was described. It was clean and had everything we needed. Most important, the property manager was always available to answer our questions or fix any small problems. I would highly recommend this house to everyone with a large family.

Enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head

We enjoyed the house being so close to the beach and Coligny Plaza with the shops and Restaurants. The house itself was very clean and the Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The covered porches with fans allowed us to be outside but still comfortable out of the sun. The pool was so refreshing after being in the sun. Everyone truly enjoyed their stay here and we’ll definitely be back again.

50th Wedding Anniversary

Great vacation home for our multi-generational family. The location can’t be beat, as it’s just a short distance from Coligny, but away from the crowds, and just a 2-3 minute walk from the beach! 4 separate sleeping areas allowed for some separation and toddler nap-times. The nice sized great-room has plenty of seating plus we enjoyed the separate den for game times. Ample beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards for beach time. The one-site pool is a real bonus.

Our favorite vacation home 🏡

Our group had 8 people this year, we take a family vacation every year to a new place and so far this was our favorite home! Location was great. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach. It’s close enough to walk down to the local restaurants and shops and there is a really pretty walking path across the street. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. So nice that every room had its own bathroom too. The porch is dreamy, makes you want to stay there forever. Pool is perfect size for the kids to play in. We loved this house!

Amazing beach house!

There is no other word to describe this beach house than amazing. The house is extremely clean and spacious for a large crowd. The kitchen came fully stocked with any and everything you may need. The outside pool is a nice touch. The outside BBQ made it a breeze to cook dinner. The location of this property is perfect. Either a very short drive or walk to coligny plaza with multiple restaurants and shops. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our family have been vacationing at Hilton head for several years and this is by far the best house we have rented. We will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous!

Everything was great! The house had everything we needed! It was clean! Easy walk to the beach. Easy to pull a wagon over the sand. There were no stairs to get to the beach and we could store our beach stuff in the garage on the lower level. Not handicapped accessible. The house has stairs. They provided extra beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon! Two refrigerators in the house and two small ones on the porch. Pool was very nice! Parking is good for three cars. More than that would be a challenge. Every bedroom had a bathroom, a great amenity!!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Awesome Stay

We arrived without any issues gaining access to the house. It was more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures. We had a storm and the owners were very responsive to the pool almost filling to the top. The house has everything you need. The beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and wagon were invaluable. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to fit our family of 11 around the kitchen table and made wonderful memories there. The only thing I would recommend brining is some kind of food storage like Tupperware for leftovers, Ziplock storage bags and paper plates and more paper towels. Other than that, the house had everything! The beach was a few minute walk away and you can walk to down town Coligny. There were shops, a grocery store, live entertainment and lots of activity. It's a beautiful and fun location. I highly recommend this home!

Family get together with three adult children, their spouses and 6 grandchildren ages 1-5. I would say the property was better than the pictures indicated. All bedrooms were good size and well maintained. The basement bunkbeds were a big hit for the kids. Kitchen was very well appointed with tons of glassware, dishes, pot, pans, etc... Also, an overabundance of beach chairs, beach toys, ping pong table, corn-hole, etc... in the large garage. Proximity to the beach was just a short block away. Busy season but the private beach seemed vacant v the public beach down the street. The adult children appreciated that as well as the proximity to Coligny Plaza for the grandchildren. All agreed it was a great location for a family of several generations. Perhaps best of all was the over-sized outdoor covered porch. easy to let the children play on the rainy days. Overall, a great property and great experience. Thank you to the host for a job well done.

This was a great property. We have been coming to HHI for 20 years and we always stay somewhere off of N Forest Beach. This was great location away from the public access to the beach to be able to pick any spot we wanted. You are also super close to Coligny Plaza for restaurants and shops. The only negative thing I could say is that the upstairs room to the left got a little warm. Once we got the box fans and everything angled in the right direction it was fine.
