Of the 15 times we've rented in HHI this is the best provisioned rental we've EVER stayed in. Welcome package: four dishwasher pods, four laundry pods, for Kitchen towels & kitchen/dish scrubbers & four or five extra garbage can plastic bags. The Best refrigerator ice maker we've encountered.Spotless home, good info upon arrival.Sparkling clean pool. It was serviced, at least, twice while we were there.We never interacted with another person while there from check-in to check-out.Smooth. No hiccups. a lot of paper towels & Toilet paper.We will only use these folks from this point forward.

Location was excellent, however, we had a water leak in one of our bedrooms and it leaked on our bed. They came out and fixed it, but it basically ruined one of our nights. They gave me 500 back, when I paid 8000 for the week. Pretty unfair. I will not rent here again

We understand how frustrating it was to have this occur during your stay, particularly when it affected your bedroom and your night. Our team responded as quickly as possible once we were notified, addressed the leak, and followed up with you the following day to make sure everything had been taken care of. We also provided a $500 refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. While we understand you may have hoped for a different resolution, we did our best to respond promptly and fairly given the circumstances. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

Beautiful property inside and out. Very nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. Great pool and hot tub. Convenient easy short walk to the beach. Nice restaurants, grocery shopping and shops within a block

Great Hilton Head house

Property was excellent with nice pool and location near Coligny Plaza even better. Was perfect for our family of 14 staying and had something for all ages. The property management company was also excellent to respond promptly to a couple minor issues. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for extended family group!

This sprawling house was perfect for our family of 7 (me and my spouse, our 3 kids ranging from elementary to college age, and my in laws). Plenty of space for everyone, kitchen / bedrooms / common areas well appointed and spacious, we loved that we could walk one block to the beach and Coligny shops, and LOVED being able to just jump in the pool or sit on the balcony. We also appreciated the bikes and beach wagons being included. We had one issue where the cleaning crew had missed a spot but it was very quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic family vacation home

Our family enjoyed this spacious home which was beautifully appointed. The beach was 3 minutes away and had nice white sand. The pool was refreshing and had a large surrounding deck with outdoor eating space. The propane grill was super clean and eating poolside was fun. There was enough space for our family to spread out and relax. The kids had their own rooms and all adults had ensuites which was a luxurious touch. There was a shopping center one block away with a convenient grocery store and fun boutiques. This was a vacation full of wonderful memories!

Beautiful Home

The house is absolutely perfect for extended families. There is a very nice bedroom on the main floor with it's own bathroom containing both a tub and shower. There are five more bedrooms on the second floor, all of which are nicely spread apart because the home is very large and well designed. The downstairs has a nice kitchen with a center island. The living room is large, containing three couches, capable of seating eight adults. The home is in a great location, a short walk down a very private one way street to one of the largest and most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, perfect for walks, bikes, and other fun activities. I try to be very honest in my reviews, so I feel the need to point out two negatives. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos provided. It is about 10 feet wide and 25 feet long, and the pool heat goes off when the hot tub is heated and vice versa. This means you must wait at least one half hour every time you want to use the hot tub, even though you are paying almost $300 to heat it. These are small issues and overall the property is wonderful. We would definitely consider renting it again.

VRBO was very user-friendly! House was very large and roomy for our extended family of 13. Excellent location to beach and Caligny Plaza-all short walks. Pool was awesome and was our hang-out! 2 days of problems with A/C before getting fixed. VACACO was very helpful. Always a person to talk with or answer your call.
