Centrally located to all your favorite ski resorts, why not hit several? Breckenridge, Keystone, Monarch, Ski Cooper, Copper, Loveland, and Vail are all within a two-hour drive or less.
When it's time to restock your supplies or indulge in some shopping, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, and shops in Divide or Florissant less than 10 minutes away, with Woodland Park just 15 minutes down the road.
There are plenty of attractions to keep you busy, including Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge, world-class fishing in the Eleven Mile Canyon, Eleven Mile State Park, Mueller State Park, Cripple Creek Casinos, ATV/UTV & Jeeping trails, and biking trails.
Parking is easy with designated spots in front of the guest suite, and trailer parking can be arranged upon arrival. Please note that all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is highly recommended during the snow season (October-June) due to the possibility of snow combined with steep grades.
Host and their family live in a separate building on the property. Please come say hello if you see us outside. We love meeting guests.

Absolutely no parties are allowed.
No additional guests other than those listed on the booking are allowed on the property. A fee of $75 per additional guest per day will be charged if rule is not followed.
The garage and area around the garage is private. Do not congregate around the garage, garage doors or park in front of the garage.
No refunds due to weather. 4x4 highly recommended.
Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am.
No open fires, candles etc. allowed anywhere on the property.
Close and lock all windows and doors when not in use. Wildlife will welcome themselves if there are openings!
Please secure the trash and recycle bins with the provided bungie cords
The owner will not be held responsible for personal items left behind.
Renters are responsible for damage during their stay.
It is expressly agreed that the owner will be held harmless for any accident, injury, whatever may occur on the premise during your occupancy. Please be careful!
Subletting in any manner is not allowed. Only the registered guests are allowed.
Tampering with WIFI or security cameras is not allowed.
Rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
Pet Rules:
Pets may not be left alone for any length of time.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the beds.
Cleanup & dispose of all pet waste in trash receptacles.
