Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental on the river!
This charming property is situated right on the banks of the Hamilton Branch providing breathtaking views from every room and a fisherman's dream location.The sound of the rushing water is both peaceful and invigorating, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere for your stay.
Inside, you'll find a spacious and comfortable living area, complete with cozy furnishings and all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your own meals, while the dining area offers ample space to enjoy them while taking in the stunning river views.
The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. You'll love waking up to the sound of the river and the gorgeous views outside your window and 2 decks.
Outside, you'll find 2 large decks with plenty of seating and a barbecue grill, griddle and a fire table perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or simply relaxing in the sun. The property also has a lower deck that opens up to the river & has an inviting swing for your pleasure.

One word, WOW! This house is in a beautiful setting, is immaculate and one of the best equipped houses we have rented. The kitchen has lot of quality dishes, silverware, pots, pans, knives (and they were all sharp), small appliances, a nice refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a pellet stove for cool mornings. The deck has comfortable furniture and a gas firepit. The beds a comfy, bath towels are large and good quality. The are tissues in every room, paper towels in the kitchen and bathrooms.If you are looking for a peaceful, streamside retreat, this is it. Sitting around the fire pit and watching dusk turn into night is the ultimate tonic for relaxation.

5 stars! If we come back to this area, this will be our go-to place.Things we loved:1. Spacious, stocked kitchen complete with sharp knives, easy-to-clean pans, spices and more.2. Comfortable, cozy beds with extra linens as needed.3. Expansive deck overlooking the flowing river below with comfortable furniture, umbrellas and barbecue.4. Massage chair. You bet all six of us took turns every day. So relaxing after a beautiful hike.5. Bidet on every toilet. I was wondering how I would live without that comfort of home and was pleasantly surprised to find I didn't have to.Overall, there wasn't one thing we wished we had that wasn't there. Highly recommend. Thank you!

This is a fantastic property with stunning views and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our group of three couples, traveling with three vehicles, used the house as a home base for exploring the area’s off-road trails, and it worked perfectly.Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cookware, utensils, and other essentials. The BBQ looked great as well. The beds were comfortable, and the downstairs bedrooms stayed pleasantly cool.Our host, Debbie, was outstanding. Communication was excellent before and during our stay, and she was very accommodating and responsive to our special requests.We traveled with our dog, Casey, and greatly appreciated the fenced front yard. After long days on the trails, Casey loved rolling in the cool grass. The landscaping is beautiful, and the home’s interior is thoughtfully furnished and well suited to groups.The seating areas overlooking the river were wonderful places to relax and enjoy the scenery. We had hoped for easier river access for fishing or riverside walks, but the vegetation was fairly dense. Even so, Casey enjoyed exploring the hillside, and we got plenty of exercise using the stairs.Overall, this is a beautiful, well-maintained property with an exceptional host. We would gladly stay here again.

I fell in love with this area during one of our trips here in the early 2000's. As an outdoor enthusiast, I understand the allure of exploration.
The Hamilton Branch is known for its excellent fishing opportunities, particularly for rainbow and brown trout. The river is also a popular destination for kayaking and whitewater rafting enthusiasts, with its swift currents and challenging rapids. Additionally, the area is popular for hiking, camping, and wildlife viewing, with the opportunity to see deer, bald eagles, and other wildlife. Hamilton Branch is a very quiet neighborhood. Overall, the Hamilton Branch of the Feather River is a beautiful and exciting destination offering a range of activities and breathtaking scenery. I love sharing my knowledge of hiking trails, boating, fishing, bicycling, and all the amenities Lake Almanor has to offer.

You have your own private access to the river, where fishing is great! This property is a peaceful and private getaway. With Lassen National Park less than 30 minutes away, you are sure to have the best hiking & sightseeing in the area. Lake Almanor is 2 blocks from the property, hence the Hamilton Branch feeds to the lake.
