The property is located in a safe neighborhood and in a convenient location. After a short walk across the street from the townhouse, the views of the river were beautiful. The unit was very clean and presented as shown in the photos. The host responded kindly and quickly to our comments and needs. The property was accommodating for four guests. Several options for market items, beverages, and food were within a short walk away. Great property!

This is a great property in a wonderful location. Nice front porch patio for sitting. In a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, wine tasting, coffee shops, grocery store and parks all just a short walk away.

Fantastic location in Kendall Yards, easy walk to market and shops. Condo is immaculate and tastefully appointed. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

This home was absolutely wonderful! The location is great, and the home is clean, bright and well stocked. The host was very accommodating and responsive, even giving us recommendations on where to eat and shop in the area. We can't say enough good things about this home and host, and we will definitely stay here again when we're in Spokane.

Very nice townhouse in a great, quiet neighborhood near both the cool vibe Kendall Yards area and close proximity to downtown. Good communication with hosts throughout.

Great location!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here for 5 days while attending a workshop. The location was perfect, place was nicely stocked, and host was super attentive. Recommend!!

Spokane Riverfront

Great location! We were within walking distance to the Riverfront and many great shops, bars, and restaurants. The rental had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a great time. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made sure that our stay was enjoyable.

Beautiful Condo

We loved staying at this beautiful condo, everything was perfect and the location was great. It was walking distance to Kendall Yards restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the house was very clean and tidy. If you are coming to Spokane I highly recommned staying here!
