Your perfect Stampede or Folk Fest home! 2 blocks from Sunnyside Station for a short ride to the Stampede grounds. Walk across the river to the Folk Fest. And walk to everything else within blocks - shopping, restaurants, peaceful parks, and the refreshing Bow River. Choose your adventure!
This is a separate-entrance, ground floor apartment of a new family home in Calgary's most convenient, walkable, historical neighborhood.

10x10 ft. couch - sleeps 2 more comfortably than any cot or pull-out

Welcome to your Stampede/Folk Fest home!
You'll enter the great room -- kitchen, dining, living and drop zone -- then on to your private full bath, laundry and two bedrooms.
The apartment was fully renovated in 2022.

You'll have the ground floor to yourself. Parking is available on the street - please provide your license plate for registration

We are located on a quiet residential street in the heart of Kensington Village, one of the trendiest shopping/entertainment districts in Calgary.
Coffee shops, boutiques, and dining experiences aplenty including Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, Indian, Greek, Irish, English, Mexican, French bistro, Texas barbeque, gastro pub, vegan, smoothies, tea, cupcakes, shawarma, pies, breakfast diner, sushi, Nashville fried chicken, wood-fired pizza...all within a few blocks.
Up for some self-care? Try one of our many yoga centers, gyms, spas, massage centers, and even a cat cafe!
Hop the train to the remarkable National Music Center and architecturally lauded new Calgary Public Library.
