Great location. It was quiet and close to places we needed to go to. The place had all the amenities we needed. We loved the style of the house and the record player was a nice touch. We were traveling with a senior and the safety bars in the bathroom was a huge help. We look forward to staying here again.

Overall a great experience. Host went out of his way to ensure we arrived and got settled in. The home is quaint with an old Hollywood feel to it. House was well maintained and well kept.I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family members coming to Hollywood for a stay. Otherwise has quick relatively direct access to the freeway.

We came to town for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The neighborhood was a peaceful bit of calm in the big city but not too far away. The house had plenty of parking in the driveway and having coffee in the large backyard in the morning was very nice. The house itself was an older home but well kept up and had all the quirky charm that you would expect. The host was very helpful and communicative. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying there if you want to venture into the city and be central to most of everything you can enjoy in Los Angeles.

Wonderful property and owner. The neighborhood is gorgeous and centrally located. We loved the old ‘40’s style house and decor. Cam is super helpful and caring. We will definitely be back.

December family trip

Absolutely loved this home! It's very cute and unique. The location is perfect for site seeing and visiting popular LA destinations. My family truly enjoyed our stay and would come back here again!!

Large comfortable home

This house was in very great shape, clean and gave us a nice rest after 2 weeks of traveling. It was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 5 adults. A quiet neighborhood and off-street parking were also a plus. We enjoyed our stay.

Charming house!

Me, my husband and our 2 kids (13 & 10) had a great time. Came for a Universal Studios trip and loved the house and its proximity to everything. Easy check in and house was perfect - just as described. Kids have already requested to stay here again the next time we come to universal.

I stayed in the front bedroom with plentiful closets, hangers, drawers. Even had several clip hangers & pants hangers. The other guest stayed in the 2nd bedroom with closet & dresser. We found the most comfortable couch for us older folks was in the family room. TV in there & in the 3rd bedroom which we did not use. The cooling system worked well. Plentiful pots & pans, cups & dishes, etc. A large, full Britta type water pitcher was in the refrigerator! This was one of the many touches for comfort. There were plenty of seasonings , & some canned goods as well as coffee in the cabinets & a large microwave. No toaster but a toaster oven instead. The outdoors is huge with many different tables & chairs. The driveway is made of pavers which are also on the path to the house. The lock was simple to operate. Cam is very responsive & very helpful! Instruction book is in front of the TV in the family room. Nostalgic house that was a joy. We didn't use the washer or dryer but it was there by the kitchen.

Family trip ahead of the holidays

We wanted a place that was big enough for all of us to spread out yet still have family time. This house provide just that. It was close to where we wanted to go and Cam was very responsive to every inquiry.

Charming, Comfortable & Quiet

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The property is charming. It was clean, and we loved the mid century decor. There was plenty of space for our party of seven. Cam was a wonderful host - very communicative and responsive. We would 100% stay here again!

Family LA Vacation

We came to go to Universal Studios and visit LA. The home is just like the photos with a beautiful back yard and lovely fruit trees. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. We enjoyed taking walks around there. It was close to Universal and very well located for sight seeing. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Medical Stay

The owner of the location, Cam, was very helpful with information about proximity to the hospital that a family member was having surgery at. We had a very comfortable stay before surgery day and the location was close to many attractions in the city. The house had a great deal of charm. The explanation of the historic nature of the house was a nice added touch as well.

Charming home

We had a wonderful stay! Cam was a wonderful host, very responsive, if need be her family home is super charming, perfect, cozy place to stay if we come back we will most definitely rented if it’s available! * quiet place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet clean perfect walking distance to the park.* my kids, loved the orange tree in the backyard and made fresh squeezed orange juice couple mornings
